Can we agree that hospitals have limited capacity to treat emergencies? Could we ever fund hospitals enough to be prepared for a pandemic that comes along once in a century? Could it be a failure of public policy that has allowed COVID cases to overwhelm the limited capacity we have?

When they came out with the efficacy rates for the vaccines against COVID (before the Delta variant), did anyone say that the vaccine was 100% effective agains the virus?

The paper you posted said they’re unexplained by science. It didn’t say that they are definitively not a function of the brain. So where do you get this notion that they cannot be a function of the brain? Is it possible that I do believe this, but that I don’t see much evidence for NDEs being some sort of message from God? Why would God give someone an NDE only to send them back to their body to keep living?

Wouldn’t someone like Jason Kenney be a hero if he came out with the actual truth about COVID and revealed the grand hoax to all of us?

Falling cases today indicates there was no health crisis with COVID yesterday? Do you think only a total collapse with constantly rising cases should be described as a crisis? Is this just semantics for you?

How could all these people tell me that ibuprofen was safe when 16,000+ people die from these drugs every year? How is that “safe”? Clearly, we describe drugs as “safe” even when there is a small chance of adverse effects, would you agree? The term “safe” for ibuprofen, or for vaccines, has caveats. Who is being forced to take a vaccine? Yikes. So sorry to hear that.

And if the old fella does those things, doesn’t he still stand a significantly higher risk of dying if he gets COVID, ala Colin Powell? Do you think we have any obligation to help mitigate the risk to that old fella standing in the grocery line behind you potentially breathing in your viruses?

Could it be possible that they only think they saw themselves being resuscitated? What evidence is there that it is anything other than a dream-like state? It should be obvious… but biblical scripture is not evidence. Nor are people’s stories about what they think they saw.
