See, this is a dysfunctional trait that I notice in far lefties and narcissists (but I repeat myself.)

They'll latch onto a factoid that exists in a group of facts but once they find the one in that group that supports their delusion their minds (or what passes for them) will shut down to the possibility that any of the other facts exist or could possibly exist. It's one of the ways they convince themselves they're never wrong even when all evidence and common sense easily convinces anybody paying attention that they are noticeably wrong out the wazoo.

Watch. I'll show Bubber the common way the term "been made" is used colloquially even though this shouldn't be necessary. He's seen it used this way. Pretty much everybody has. But it contradicts his need to accept the delusion that I used it incorrectly. He won't be able to accept it even when I show it to him and he knows he already knows this. His narcissistic dysfunction won't allow him to accept it.
