What? You wrote goalies can play better with a mask, and the mask is responsible for the butterfly. A goalie mask limits vision and the butterfly was used by players that didn't wear one. The NHL is getting faster, more skilled and smaller. Agreed, gov't apathy on any particular issue is directly related to voter apathy on the same issue. However, this is par for the course, up and until we decide that any single issue is important enough that a majority of Canadians want it, gov't won't act against the status quo. Therfore we must force gov't to act like we've done many times before (health care, right to vote, civil unions between same sex couples etc.) but in the mean time each individual should do what they can. My mom told me " Think global, act local"
