  1. But if you ignore the 42 kilos of carfentanyl, the 33 guns, the visits to ISIS websites and the similarity to other Islamic terrorist attacks, then it's definitely mental illness, right? Right?? Pretty please.
  2. Are you all right today? It's not a chemical weapon because "so and so said it was." It's a chemical weapon because......it's a chemical weapon, especially when found in 42 kilo stockpiles.
  3. You find it difficult to believe that terrorism plots are often successful? And yes. I will take a journalists word over a spin doctor's word any day.
  4. And 33 guns. But ya, he was prolly just wanting to make a bit of cash by selling a BILLION doses of carfentanyl on the street........
  5. The more I read about that amount of carfentanyl, the more I see why it's incredibly important for certain ones to downplay it's importance and label the journalist who pointed out the facts about it as uncredible and fake news.
  6. Up to this point, the largest seizure of carfentanyl in Canada was 1 kilo. This guy had 42 kilos. 20 mgs is considered a fatal dose - that's the size of a grain of salt. It's banned on the battlefield as a chemical weapon. Here's some info on it, in case some here are still needing to laugh about it being used as a chemical weapon: https://www.thecipherbrief.com/column_article/opioid-crisis-becomes-national-security-threat What a hilarious article!!
  7. I don't think either one has been "firmly established." He had a couple of mental issues with the police - it could have been nothing more than him casuing a scene in a Walmart. We don't know because no one is telling us. So far, it's only a Muslim spin doctor saying he had severe psychosis and the police saying he had a couple of issues with them but no info. Personally, I find it difficult to believe he had "severe psychosis" and no one else noticed - not his freinds, not his work, not his neighbors. You might consider the Muslim spin doctor to be the most credible source ever, but I don't. I'm willing to wait and see. You've already made your mind up.
  8. Why is it "improbable" to you that someone stockpiling 42 kilos of a chemical weapon might be planning on using it as a chemical weapon?
  9. One unit of carfentanyl can bring down a 10,000 pound elephant. You think he was planning on selling 42 kilos of it on the street?
  10. You and Dia can LOL all you want, it's already been done: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carfentanil I https://globalnews.ca/news/3108514/lethal-carfentanil-could-be-used-by-terrorists-in-mass-attacks-experts-say/ Those are just a couple links, but there's lots more for you two to look at while you're yucking it up, laughing and moralizing at the rest of us.
  11. Everyone is speculating. So is Dia. She just likes to think that her specculating is morally superior.
  12. Ya. And guess what, sweetie? You're not the only one who knows the difference between speculation and information. If you don't like people speculating, then get off of discussion forums. Or at least let people discuss things without you screeching from your moral high horse. Sheesh. It's pretty revealing that you so desperately want the "mentally ill" narrative to be true that you are willing to allow that to be just "pretty much" established. But Islamic terrorism? No, that has to be "firmly" established for you to believe that........ But ya, you're the only one here who's completely unbiased.......
  13. So anything that suggests this was Islamic terrorism is completely dismissed by you, then, right? Not even a possibility worth considering. He was just a poor, mentally ill man, deserving of our sympathies. Gotcha. Edit, and I'm not saying it WAS terrorism, but I at least am going to consider the possibility and not dismiss information out of hand just because it doesn't fit what I want to believe. Frankly, from what I see, there is just as much evidence that this is terrorism as there is that he was merely an innocent person with a few mental issues.
  14. So you're going to dismiss the info on what 42 kilos of carfentanyl can do and the significance of that amount of product because they didn't include (actually it looks like neither article included it) the exact cause of this guy's brother's overdose? Mmmm-OK.
  15. The only difference I see between the 2 articles is that the link Scribblet posted informs of what exactly 42 kilos of carfentanyl can do. The vast majority of Canadians would have no clue what the significance of 42 kilos of carfentanyl would be and why that amount should be troubling.
  16. I expect Canadians will get a good tongue-lashing from him for causing this person to open fire on the public. Sort of like his "Canadians have no appreciation for Canada, only refugees appreciate Canada" speech for Canada's 150th Birthday - that was nice. Or maybe like his indignant speech to chastise Canadians immediately after the hijab-cutting hoax.
  17. You really, really, really underestimate the relationship between religious fanaticism and behaviour.
  18. Migrants storm the Spanish border.  These poor migrants have lost everything, including their women and children.

  19. "The evidence isn't sufficient." "There is evidence but it isn't sufficient." ^^^ Redundant ^^^ Anyhoo...... The religion switch in your brain, which overrides rationality or logical thought, is fully in the "ON" position, as you clearly cannot even follow what Slick is saying to you, nor notice that those 2 sentences, when placed together, are redundant. Your god must be so proud of you.
  20. Why did you edit my sentence? Here's what I wrote: Because you already said there wasn't sufficient evidence in the first sentence. The second "....but it's not sufficient" was superfluous. That means redundant.
  21. Maybe a stroke predicated by a drug overdose? But ya, I noticed the same thing.
  22. This reminds me of that movie Dumb & Dumber: Lloyd Christmas: I want to ask you a question, straight out, flat out, and I want you to give me the honest answer. What do you think the chances are of a guy like you and a girl like me ending up together? Mary Swanson: Not good. Lloyd Christmas: You mean, not good like one out of a hundred? Mary Swanson: I'd say more like one out of a million. Lloyd Christmas: (Smiling) So you're telling me there's a chance..........
  23. It seems odd to me that when these attacks happen in Europe, it's "terrorism". But when the exact same kinds of attacks happen in Canada involving the same religion, it's "mental illness." If I'm understanding correctly, an event isn't called terrorism by our government unless the person is a proven active member of ISIS or Al Queda or whatever. Yet, ISIS repeatedly has put out a call for anyone who admires their ideology to conduct attacks in whatever country they are in. To me, whether they are formally affiliated with ISIS or not, if they are carrying out violent attacks on the public in support of Islam - that's terrorism, lone wolf or not.
  24. Hear that, people? You're all Islamophobes!
  25. http://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/parliamenthill/entering-canada-no-free-ticket-goodale/ar-AAAlyAz?li=AAggv0m Goodale is being deliberately deceptive, IMO. It may not be a "free ticket" to just waltz across our border, but it is definitely 5-10 years of freeloading while you apply and appeal and appeal and appeal and appeal...... and that's plenty of time to have a Canadian baby and start a life here and then you just go to the media and everyone feels sorry for you and you can't be kicked out on "humanitarian" grounds. Goodale knows this. The Liberal government knows this. The illegal border crossers know this. However they get here, it's a win/win for everyone but the Canadian taxpayer.
