Agreed, which makes the need of drones or other technology to capture refugees even less of an issue. I think we should be exploring these technologies to catch smugglers (weapons, drugs, etc.), and sure if someone wants to help justify that because of the refugees then go ahead. Just don`t think it will address any issue with refugees.
