Stop being disingenuous.  Slowing immigration isn’t stopping it.  Either is banning foreign buying of homes.  But you hate the middle class, so I expected as much.

Many municipalities do tax foreign buyers.

The dicey issue with Real Estate is that homebuyers expect prices to go up. Because it's one of the safer investments. So reversing course on prices may hurt recent home-buyers. 

Not taxing buyers, banning temporarily.  O’Toole had the perfect plan.  Houses have already increased in value exponentially, so if that increase slows for a short period of time, it’s irrelevant.  Anyone that owns a home is still way up.  Besides, there’s no guarantee of increases, it’s just like any investment.  Why you continue to defend this shit is beyond me.  JT can do no wrong.  You’re worse than a Trump cultist.
