I gave that story a quick read but didn't fully understand it.
Something like the Sanders Democrats in Nevada somehow hijacked the party out from under the Harry Reid Democrats. But the Reid Democrats still have access to the money and control of the candidates, so they took both those and ran. They're gone but still around somehow. Something like that anyway.
