It's cool to see US arms makers stocks tank and European arms makers flourish. Trumpers are too stupid to realize that they've been sending money that stays in the US by supporting Ukraine. Sending US arms makes Americans money. But that's socialism I guess. 1930's style isolationism didn't work for the US. The one time America was Great is when it reached out to the rest of the world. Trump is doing the opposite of MAGA.

But that's by design. They want the influence. Trump appears to seek isolationism. Why would he want to send troops to Poland or Estonia if Putin invaded those NATO members?

If the EU and Canada commit to a Peacekeeping force, which is what caused Trump and Vance to have their little hissy fit on Friday. Peace could be had. I don't see how he does this without increasing the price of goods in the US. And not only that, US firms doing business in Canada will immediately become uncompetitive with the counter tariffs.
