  1. And continue supporting the type of people that will harass people accessing healthcare at a Hospital. Excuses to not having the vaccine don't hold much water. No one is being forced, but you're also forfeiting access to some unessential activities. Cry me a river!
  2. No it must not. The vaccine has proven to be overwhelmingly safe. Please cite some promising court challenges? Canadian Civil Liberty Advocates aren't even challenging it. You seem to have a lot of free time
  3. Experiencing some symptoms for months would be justification to get the vaccine. Even if it was simply losing your sense of taste. That's not something that requires hospitalization, but it must be unpleasant AF.
  4. If you can't afford a phone, can't afford a computer, can't afford internet, can't afford to go to Staples to print a document, Can you really afford to dine indoors, go to sporting events, go to a gym or a movie theatre? E-mails are free, so is access to the internet at public libraries.
  5. Tough noogies. There's no standardized way to determine everyone's level of infection of the virus. And even when previously infected, the vaccine is overwhelmingly safe to have.
  6. So there must be ample examples of court cases where it's been established where COVID restrictions are illegal. And you're going to cite a few. . .
  7. In Ontario, there are only two exemptions to the vaccine passport. 1) Proven allergy to the ingredients. 2) A documented case of myocarditis after the first shot. https://www.cp24.com/news/ontario-confirms-there-are-only-two-valid-medical-exemptions-from-covid-19-vaccines-1.5572954 BTW Hospitalizations or Death isn't the only concern. COVID symptoms can linger for a long time in even young people. 8. People who protest hospitals over COVID-19 policy are garbage people.

    1. Shady

      Shady

Even worse are the people that think the government can for you to have chemicals injected into your body without your consent.

  9. You know what's very pragmatic. Getting an effin' vaccine!
  10. Well those are lies you must have been told. The level of hospitalization of vaccinated people is exponentially smaller than of vaccinated people. TB and Small Pox are different type of viruses.
  11. The Mainstream media is publishing what public health officials are reporting. Much of it is publicly available. Now if you feel they are lying, that's another story. "Big Pharma" has done a lot of good in society. We wouldn't have the lifespans we do if it wasn't for medical study and innovation.
  12. I suspect that percentage goes up once you've reached the point you need to go to Hospital because you can't breath.
  13. You probably don't comprehend that Acute conditions would take priority over chronic conditions you pretend to care about. I think you've got it right, put all the unvaccinated COVID patients in the parking lot. OR put them in the refrigerated trucks they'll need to keep their corpses in ahead of time.
  14. And I'm sure no one thoughts of just training more nurses. ? And only ICU nurses, of course. The reality is that OR and ER nurses are being tasked to help in ICUs, something they are not trained to do. Maybe rational people thought that there would be less Gene Pool challenged people thinking a vaccine is some government plot to control them and we'd be done with this pandemic by now.
  15. Well considering their is already a staff shortage of qualified people because they're sick of dealing with COVID patients. It's cute that you think training for an ICU Nurse is something that can be done as a weekend course.
  16. Awww muffin. Cite a mandate for a booster every 6 months in Canada for an otherwise healthy person. Also not being vaccinated at all and being skeptical of boosters are two very different things.
  17. So we're just making up our own facts now.
  18. The pressure is coming within. Alberta will be the first province to go back to broad lockdowns inorder to preserve Healthcare capabilities. More freedoms will be lost because of the minority, who are too chicken-shit to get a safe vaccine. Alberta will be an example to the rest of the country that vaccination does work and vaccine passports are required to keep the unvaccinated from compromising the Healthcare system.
  19. This is why vaccine passports are required. Freedom of Choice has consequences.
  20. Which experts? Which countries? What are their fatality rates amongst vaccinated people?
  21. Yes, because they're the ones overwhelmingly getting sick. Spreading the virus isn't all that bad if your chance of serious or even mild illness is almost nil. This is not the case amongst unvaccinated.
  22. I don't think you understand the point. For most of the country, these venues were largely shuttered and unable to open. For the past 2 or 3 months, things have been pretty open. Masking still exists and international travel sucks, but most almost everything is open. Going into this fourth wave, a vaccine passport is required to keep numbers down and NOT experience another Lockdown. One element of loosening we'll see is masking in some of these businesses that do require a passport. (Indoor dining, theatres, sporting events, gyms etc) Masking isn't really enforced in these places anyway, like they are in a retail environment. So a passport is especially required. I've been back to the Gym for about a month now. I don't really wear a mask all that much, kind of impractical.
  23. They allow for continuing of the reductions in restrictions seen this summer. - Indoor dining - Gyms - Organized Sports - Concerts and Pro Sporting Events - Movie Theatres And then, in Ontario anyway, Non-Essential Retail and Personal Care will not be subject to a Vaccine Passport initially because Masking will still be required. That may change if numbers go in the wrong direction. Patio dining will also be exempt from a Vaccine Passport. I've just signed up for a beer-league sport for later in the month. The organizer is requiring proof of vaccination. Not sure of the legality, but many private gatherings will demand proof of vaccination above and beyond the scope of the provincial mandate.
  24. It would provide context. I may be more sympathetic. The Vaccine passport is a public health policy against gathering indoors unmasked if you're unvaxxed. The rhetoric that it's this communist plot against freedom is precious and pathetic. These are things most of the country have had to do without for the first half of 2021. And the passport is a tactic to prevent it from happening again. Employers can decide if they want their employees vaxxed, and usually provide a testing provision if they can't get vaxxed. Fox News demands its employees are vaxxed.
  25. I'd like to hear some of those instances. If Healthcare workers can't get vaccinated, I suspect that's not the best job for them.
