Yes and several provinces have announced lifting various Covid restrictions as things transition towards normalcy.
Thats why it makes so much sense that barely a month ago Trudeau issued an edict for some of the toughest mandatory vaccination policies yet for a new group. Truckers.

PCR testing is only being lifted for the vaxxed and children.
I suspect being vaxxed will still be required for easy international travel for awhile.
