Peggy Nash or Brian Topp, both are the most left-wing and easiest to attack in my opinion. Neither of them have impressed much in the leadership debates so they'd have trouble going toe to toe with both Harper and Rae. Polling has shown neither of them would do well in Quebec, particularly Nash. Topp could possibly lose a by-election in Quebec, and who knows what might happen with Mulcair and the Quebec wing of the party if he does't win. Thomas Mulcair's win could also lead to a divided party, which would also be very beneficial for Harper.

That was suppose to say strong. Why are you supporting her and why are other members supporting her. I don't see anything to special about her myself.

Why does Peggy Nash have such strong support? I can understand why large numbers of people would support Thomas Mulcair, Nathan Cullen and Paul Dewar but I don't understand the love for Nash. I guess a lot of it just comes from name recognition because I've seen nothing to impressive from her since this race began.

The NDP made gains in almost every province, the Bloc only ran candidates in Quebec.

I can't see anyway the NDP will be able to keep their current support if Nash wins the leadership. Unless the Liberals are much worse off then it appears they should have no problem gaining back support.
