Exactly, that's why I said these results as of now shouldn't be a surprise. If the Liberals choose a new leader they will almost certainly have a bounce in the polls, as would the Conservatives if they chose a new leader.

You do realize Layton also propped up Harper out of fear of an election to don't you? As well if you're brining up the minority situation then it's more significant that the Liberals led seeing the Conservatives couldn't make unpopular choices in a minority like they've been able to since May.

You're a blind partisan. You agree with the NDP breaking promises but it's wrong for any other party. The OAS won't change for 10 years so the government will face the electorate twice before then. If people are that upset about it they will vote them out and a new government can revert it.
