What part of the law do you think I don't understand? Yes, they would have investigated - that's their job. They would have investigated it to a realistic extent that consistent with the Trump-Russia evidence that was presented to them. They wouldn't have overstated the validity of the evidence in order to obtain a FISA warrant. They wouldn't have testified that it was independently corroborated when they were aware that wasn't really the case. They wouldn't have made "17 significant errors or omissions" which aided in the acquisition of a FISA warrant. The FBI should never open an investigation into a US citizen under false pretences just so that they can spy on them and see if they ever committed any actual crimes. The pattern should go like: identify a crime that actually happened, gather what evidence they can find, when they have enough evidence to identify a key suspect they should bring that to a judge and try to get whatever warrants they need to obtain more evidence. That's the actual law that you clearly don't respect Argus. Just because you hate someone doesn't mean that you can get warrants to spy on them to see if you can find out if they ever committed a crime. That's Stalinesque. WTH do you mean by "they didn't find anything"? They made 17 significant errors and omissions just to get the FISA warrants to spy on Carter Page. Sorry but that's not possible. 17 errors don't just all go the same way by chance. If you took a dollar and bet it on blackjack, and you just let it roll every time you won, after 17 wins you'd have over $130,000. And that's with a 50/50 chance. The chance of the FBI being significantly wrong with evidence that they present to a court should be way less than 50%. Here's some evidence of bias that you can't deny Argus: The person in charge of the investigation, Peter Strzok, was sending a constant string of messages back and forth with his lover & FBY lawyer Lisa Page which displayed a hostile bias against the President. Then Strzok's investigation made 17 significant errors in their warrant application which all led towards the necessity for an investigation. If that doesn't meet your criteria for "there was bias leading up to the investigation" then your opinion on this matter is worthless.

If you knew that you didn't do something illegal and you had several major US TV networks smearing you 24/7 you'd need valium too canucklehead. Just imagine if there were 3 mere MLW posters constantly saying "Cannucklehead committed _______________" constantly and the RCMP was making a grand public spectacle of an investigation. You'd be just as mad as Trump, and that's just 3 posters on a site with maybe 200 particpants? Maybe 50? I don't even know.

The media understand how much of a threat Scheer is to their golden boy. There's a good reason why he won the popular vote. Scheer is positive and uncontroversial enough to deprive Trudeau of any reason to get into a virtue-signalling mode, and that's his only gear where he gets traction. The media really need for a guy like Bernier to lead the conservatives. They need fuel for their virtue-signalling fire. They realized that they couldn't help Trudeau to the extent that they wanted to. Instead of attacking controversial Scheer quotes they were busy fighting off the SNC scandal, the Raybould firing, and downplaying Trudeau's blackface. The MSM can't get Trudeau another win unless he takes the country in a positive direction and Trudeau will not take the country in a positive direction. He never has, he never will. Trudeau's only hope is for the CPC to come up with a controversial leader. The MSM is nudging - they're creating the false narrative that conservative voters don't like Scheer.

1) look how big Muscovy used to be and how big it is now 2) there's no such thing as "here's that part of Palestine back, glad you guys are happy now!" The people who want that strip of land back don't just want that strip of land. They don't want peace. They don't want to live with neighbours who don't share their religion. They want Israel gone, completely. If you don't understand that then you don't have a clue what's going on. -
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/barr-blasts-fbi AG Barr: Barr's NBC Interview: https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/barr-thinks-fbi-may-have-acted-bad-faith-probing-trump-n1098986 The evidence of bias from the text messages alone was overwhelming, it's ridiculous for the IG to conclude that there was no bias when there 17 significant errors and omissions in FISA warrant applications. If Trump made 1 error in a FISA Court Apllication there would be another witch hunt. ABC News has a lot to say about the IG Report: That's literally the whole article lol. Apparently they're not concerned by 17 "significant" errors and omissions by the FBI and high-ranking government officials which all tilted in the exact same way. I think that ABC gave a bit more coverage to the "TRUMP COLLUDED WITH RUSSIANS AND HE'S ABOUT TO BE IMPEACHED ANY DAY NOW" fiasco part of the story than the part where the inconvenient truths start popping out. The Dems and the FBI are in trouble now, this impeachment story is about to start looking really small.

Palestine can have all the identity they want on the land that they currently occupy. That's not the issue. The issue is that "Palestinians" want every square inch for Palestine. They want the word Israel to be a thing of the past. They don't want a two-state solution. -

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1948_Arab–Israeli_War They attacked Israel, they lost ground. They launched terrorist attacks, they paid a price. Not sure what part of this you don't understand. I'll be available for questions later. Here's the formation of Pakistan, for comparison: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Partition_of_India https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Searchlight 1970, still killin' it: and: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_during_the_Bangladesh_Liberation_War https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blasphemy_in_Pakistan The anatomy of a shithole country... Next time you think about complaining about how bad Israel is, just think about how Pakistan handled separation. Over 5 million killed. That's like if the Israelis killed everyone in the Palestinian refugee camps 8 times. 300,000 women raped in a campaign of genocidal rape, in the 1970s. Welcome to the dark ages. They still kill people for blasphemy. Not terrorist attacks, or attempted terrorist attacks. They just kill people who say the wrong thing. IE, Pakistan is constantly undergoing a systemic cleansing of the population through extreme religious bigotry which is enforced by the government. This is how Pakistan handles people who act like Palestinians: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_rights_violations_in_Balochistan When people act like they're humanitarians speaking out against Israel, ask them how they feel about Pakistan. Then you'll know if they're truly humanitarians or if they're just bigots. -

Having genocide as a stated goal is an important issue. Giving out pensions to the families of suicide bombers is an important issue. Claiming that a country has no right to exist is an important issue. Constantly launching rocket and mortar attacks against civilian populations is an important issue. What issues do you have that compare to these ones? If you talk to all the anti-Israeli bigots out there just ask them how they'd respond if India had a stated goal of genocide against Pakistanis. What if India was sponsoring suicide bombers and claiming that Pakistan had no right to exist? What if they were launching rocket and mortar attacks against Pakistani residential neighbourhoods? Anti-Israelis are hideous bigots or they've been indoctrinated by bigots and they don't know any better. It's easier to fool someone than it is to convince them that they've been fooled. -
This is kind of an aside, but Lori Laughlin is facing extremely severe consequences for a college bribery scheme. https://deadline.com/2019/11/lori-loughlin-prison-college-bribery-scandal-felicity-huffman-fbi-1202766279/ If you compare what is happening to her for paving the way into college for her kids, like fifty thousand other Americans have probably done over the years, it's pretty crazy if people like Biden who game the international politics system for their own gain get off Scot-free, or FBI members who lie to a FISA court in order to get warrants go free as well. The credibility of the justice system is at stake here. Heads need to roll, and they need to be seen to roll.

It's well-known now, with the benefit of hindsight, that the US spied on Americans before the first FISA warrant was issued, that exculpatory evidence was withheld when FISA warrants were applied for and in their subsequent renewals, that the validity of evidence was exaggerated in the FISA applications, that the corroboration of evidence in the dossier was faked, and that members of the FBI mislead the FISA court about the amount of evidence that was being discovered so that the FISA warrant could be renewed. You were there for the last 3 years. You know that every day CNN and the Dems said that new evidence was just discovered and that indisputable evidence of collusion was about to be revealed. Turns out that they never had any at all, the whole time. Do you think it's all good godzilla? Not at all dude. This is the epitome of bad.

That's why the value of a dollar constantly decreases compared to hard assets and other nations' currencies. Trudeau is doing all he can to make our dollar into a peso. -

The UN is a farce. The people who occupy positions in all of the special interest panels are from the shithole countries who are the world's leading human rights abusers. Eg, Saudis on the women's rights groups, etc. I can't even look anything UN-related it because it just makes me sick. Canada should be angling at pulling out of the UN unless there's a complete overhaul. Not just sucking up to the current power base there. -

The way I see it is that Israel occupies 1% of the ME and they're just looking to be left alone. If the other guys get their way all of the Israelis will be dead. It's an easy choice for me to pick the side that doesn't want to commit genocide. The existence of Israel is no less legitimate than the existence of Pakistan and not a single person who bemoans the existence of Israel is upset by the existence of Pakistan, so I chalk their intentions up to pure bigotry. Both countries were created in the same way, the only difference is that the Pakistanis killed everyone that they didn't want or drove them out, and there are no camps full of people wanting back into Pakistan because it's a religiously bigoted shithole where the government still executes people for their religious beliefs. -

$300 per year, Canadian for individuals, $600 per family. That's 82 cents per day Canadian or $1.43 per family. I don't think that your wallet will notice the difference. That doesn't even make up for the carbon tax and whatever new taxes the Libs dream up this tie around. -

LMAO ch - if you don't know the origins of the KKK that's your own problem. This is from the link that you pasted FYI: Dems will claim that they're the party of Civil Rights because the racist Lyndon B Johnson was the President when the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was voted in but the Republicans had always championed the cause of voting & civil rights for blacks. Vote totals for the Civil Rights Act by Party, from Wiki: -

These UN Resolutions which target Israel are a one-sided, blatant farce. Some of the lands occupied by Israel were taken over in wars where the Israelis merely defended themselves. They've overtaken massive tracts of land which they've already given back. Sorry, the map has changed and it's not their fault. Seems like some folks got hoisted on their own petard. Can you show me where the UN condemns the terrorists who shoot rockets, mortars and fire bombs into Israel on a constant basis? Can you tell me why there are fake refugee camps with hundreds of thousands of people in them for 70 years now when millions of refugees have settled in the last few years? I know you can't, don't bother trying. There's literally no excuse for what's happening to Israel, aside from religious bigotry. -

America under President Trump

But, but, but. The wall does what walls do. It's far better than what thousands of guards and dogs and cameras and drones do. People cross at their own risk, there's no worries about negative interactions with border guards, like when the lady got tear-gassed at the border while she was carrying a baby. "BAD BAD BORDER GUARDS! What were they thinking doing that to a woman carrying a baby!" right? There's no onus on a mother to keep her baby out of harm's way, right? -
America under President Trump
WestCanMan replied to betsy's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Riiiight. The point of a wall isn't that it makes it thoroughly impossible to cross. It makes it thoroughly impossible for thousands of people to cross quickly. If that was just an open stretch of border 20 yards wide then 30,000 people could have crossed in that time span. If that was an open stretch of border then you'd need guards and dogs and copters and cameras and drones patrolling it 24/7, and the guards would have to arrest and detain and feed the thousands of people that cross until they were processed by the bureaucracy. What the idiotic Dems don't realize is that if you have a country where everything is free from healthcare, dental care, K-12 plus university, and everyone is guaranteed a living wage, then open borders don't work. You actually need a wall. -

I totally agree that it's a horrible quality for a person to have, it's just not the worst quality that the leader of your country can have.
