  1. 2020 road to power: 1) Claim victim status, show fear and rage 2) imply a direct correlation between victim status and moral superiority, 3) use the moral superiority to vilify people so that their factual talking points are pre-emptively dismissed, 4) commit rioting, arson, looting and murder, to show rage 5) wait for Barack Obama's stamp of approval for your righteous anger 6) commit rioting, arson, looting and murder, to show rage 7) wait for Michelle Obama's stamp of approval for your righteous anger, 8) commit rioting, arson, looting and murder, to show rage. CNN and CTV won't show balanced and fair coverage of these events. It's part of their liberal agenda to deflect criticism from rioters, murderers and looters, plus rioting and killing makes for great ratings if you're in the news media biz. All of that anger goes back to the first step, of proving your victim status. Here's the official statistic on victimhood via police killings, by race, for the US: https://www.statista.com/statistics/585152/people-shot-to-death-by-us-police-by-race/ Oblama is a racist farce (that stands for [Only] Black Lives Matter)
  2. I just googled CTV National News for June 13th and this came up: https://www.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=1970845 You have to watch 3 thirty-second commercials every time you go into their vault and I'm not here to make money for CTV so I won't be watching any more of their videos, but the headline segment here is a good example of how intentionally ignorant & inflammatory their news coverage is. "Killed after falling asleep at a drive-thru" is their entire opening comment about the Brooks shooting at the beginning of this newscast. Then they go a voiceover of "We, as a country, can't breeeaathe anymore" while they're showing some footage, and then there's an angry black man jabbing his finger at the camera saying "Black lives matter! They alwaayys matter!", as if that's supposed to be news. They didn't start with "killed after punching a cop, stealing his taser, and shooting it at the officer". Not even "Killed after passing out drunk at a drive thru and getting into an altercation with police", they just open with their blatantly misleading & inflammatory quote. CTV is pure filth. You can mange mange mange all you want. It will tickle your hate bone and get you all fired up to go chase some windmills. If you want to find the quote I mentioned earlier, you can wade through their feces and watch their commercials, the fact is that it's it's there. Your comment above is just stupid. CTV carefully phrases their opening monologue, and it is never a casual mistake that it is the exact way that it is. They neglected to mention all of the key elements of the event, and their coverage paints a grossly misleading picture of what happened. If that's good enough from one's perspective, that explains why so many people have such a limited/backwards understanding of most news events.
  3. That's probably as close to 100% accurate as you can get. Trump is the most hated man in the world by alt-left media, and I don't know if it's his foul mouth that's to blame or if the sleazy leftists of the world fear him, but there's no good reason for the level of lying and stupidity that comes out of the mouths of leftists. It needs to be understood that the vast majority of conservatives aren't racist, in fact I'd say that there are far less conservative racists than there are dem/lib racists, but I'll speak for myself, I really do hate liberals now. I have an actual hatred for anyone dumb enough to support Trudeau or the Pelosi/AOC/Hillary/CNN/CTV gang. I have literally no respect whatsoever for 99% of people who consider themselves liberals. Seems like such a small list for the depth of the hatred I have for that piece of crap. Bolton doesn't understand that when Trump is the POTUS, Trump gets the final say in important matters of state. Bolton might feel like he's the expert on matters of foreign affairs, but Bolton's expertise is all about "how other people did things". Trump doesn't do things like Obama, or GWB, or BClinton. He does things like Trump. When one of Trump's lines is crossed, he sends shiny toys out to destroy things. The world should understand that by now. His lines are sensible. Don't kill Americans. Don't gas people. Go on your merry way. Bolton is a woman scorned. Boo hoo. He's not like Trudeau, who will bend himself into a pretzel so as not to offend anyone who isn't a nameless Canadian. Trump moves in straight lines. It's difficult for people who are used to schmoozers. If Trudeau was elected POTUS in 2016 islamic state would be bigger than ever and they'd have a sister-state in Africa just as large, but they'd have an earful of positive encouragement to change their ways. I just don't care about Bolton. I'd rather have a strong leader than an idiot and a wussy. The things that Trump does make sense. They're not calculated to make him look good at the country's expense. They're to move the US forward. That's what's supposed to happen when you're leading a country. During covid Trump set up a framework for the Governors to work within, and to have a chance at success. For example, banning travel from China, Italy etc helped. It was a positive. He didn't tell people not to wear masks. That's a net neutral position. He put the army to work building hospitals. He actually found a way to get masks to Americans. He enacted the wartime production act or whatever it's called. He went after common sense solutions, like the trials of off-patent anti-virals. He didn't just jump to the idiotic conclusion that "WE ARE ALL SCREWED UNTIL WE PAY HUGE MONEY FOR A VACCINE!" He didn't open the country as wide as possible for covid to get in, tell people not to wear masks, give all of our masks to China, and then hide in his fucking basement for months. Trump rocked covid compared to Trudeau. Trudeau just followed the WHO's sinister instructions like a puppy, in hopes of winning the UN's shiny bauble, and he hid in his basement because he knew how bad his own directives were. Hundreds of thousands of people were flying in from covid hotspots every day, waltzing through our jam-packed airports, all while Canadians were told not to wear masks. It's atrocious. It's not Trump's fault that people like Nancy Pelosi and Bill DeBlasio were telling people to do the exact wrong things well after Trump had already started fighting covid. It's not Trump's fault that governor cuomo wanted sick people to go back into care homes instead of covid treatment centers that were set up by the federal government. Trump isn't an actual dictator. There's one dictator in North America. There's one leader who bought the state-owned and independent media, and makes ridiculous and catastrophic decisions which either go unquestioned by the media, or backed by the media. Trump handled the Floyd riots like a leader. He wasn't like Obama, just egging the rioters and cop-killers on for 3 years and thumbing his nose at bankrupted store-owners and burning communities. His job was to protect Americans and he did that exact job with little regard for anything else. Boo hoo rioters. You don't get free TVs at someone else's expense just because something happened that you don't like. Funny that Cuomo set up the NYC prisons to just let all the rioters back on the street to loot and pillage again, while citizens and cops were getting killed. You gotta look at the view from 20,000 feet Rue. The Dems and Liberals are not our friends. Idiots who blindly follow CTV and CNN are not our friends. You know how bad it is to defund police and put the angriest, dumbest Americans into that role with no training. You know that appeasement in the face of violence and destruction is the absolute wrong answer. God bless Donald Trump.
  4. That one is probably worth having video of. I’ll try and dig it up later today.
  5. When he turns to shoot, the officers shoot. That's it. The officers guns don't go off in the millisecond that it takes for Brooks to fire. They make the decision to fire when the taser comes around. If they shot Brooks 3 seconds later there would be no point to it, I agree. FYI, some tasers do have two shots in them, for if the first shot misses.
  6. You are a liar, so yes, it's entirely civil. Do you want me to just ignore the elephant in the room? Do you normally try to have 'civil' conversations with people where you tell blatant lies to their face?
  7. In the opening monolgue that I saw, when they aired their big segment on racism against minorities by police, they carefully neglected to mention the taser. You, Icini, moonbox and other also think that's the way to go.
  8. How the f can you not know you're lying? Brooks turned and shot a taser at the officers. f someone shot a taser at you from 10 feet away you wouldn't neglect to mention it. You're basically just a liar moonbox.
  9. Police didn't close ranks to protect Chauvin at all. Police forces from all over the US announced their disapproval, as was appropriate. The Brooks incident is entirely different though. Officers should be closing ranks to protect the officers involved because the DA in Atlanta was telling lies about the officers at the press conference. That's insane. "Brooks was slightly over the limit, and jovial." It's nice to know that in Atlanta I can punch a cop in the face, shoot a taser at them and still be considered 'jovial'. The officers in the Brooks shooting were polite, patient and professional with him the entire time. They were never rude or forceful. They gave Brooks every opportunity to go along with his due process in a safe and unthreatening manner. It's Brooks who was found passed out drunk at the wheel and then blew .108 - way over the legal limit anywhere. He lied to the police multiple times. Police needed to take him in for blood tests so that they could be certain of a DUI charge. They also needed to find out if there were also drugs in his system, which could make him even more wasted than just the .108 BA. It was Brooks who wigged out, punched a cop, stole a taser and shot it at the officers. Under Georgia law, firing a taser at someone is the same as firing a gun at them in the eyes of the law. A taser is treated as a firearm. Brooks' ignorance of the law is no excuse. The DA's feigned ignorance is just another of his many lies. Just two weeks earlier this same DA charged an Atlanta officer with aggravated assault for merely POINTING a taser at someone's chest, and then the DA pontificated to the world that a taser 'is a deadly weapon'. "The problem" is that cops have a hard job, and the media and the powers that be are currently campaigning to protect the 'rights' of individuals to resist arrest and attack police. They should be taking every opportunity to spread the message that obeying lawful commands and allowing due process to take it's course is the only way to handle these situations. Police and black men will continue to play this deadly game as long as those people keep saying that resisting is ok, the cops were to blame for everything bad that happened. These incidents will keep occurring, riots, looting and arson will ensue. Cops will be murdered in the streets. Rinse, repeat. The media and the Barack Obamas of the world are to blame for a lot of these deaths.
  10. No you haven't. That's a lie. You've seen footage of him being shot when he fired a taser at police. Unless you're willing to let someone shoot you in face with a taser you're in no position to say that the police should let someone do that to them.
  11. This is all in the wrong thread. There's a Brooks thread in the US forum.
  12. Here's the best I could find for "video" of cops kicking and standing on Brooks. In the age of everyone having a video camera on their phone somehow there are stills being used to show a situation that was being recorded from multiple angles. This DA's analyzation of a crime scene is eerily reminiscent of Rock Bottom's coverage of Homer Simpson going for the Gummy Venus De Milo.
  13. What are "stereotypical Canadians"? How are Canadians so different from minorities? That's racist imo. I don't find that races of people are so different in Surrey that it's jarring to be around the different types, but maybe Toronto and Surrey are nothing alike?.
  14. Atlanta's (two-faced or racist?) DA Paul Howard was just sermonizing about how a taser is a deadly weapon two weeks ago. DA Howard charged an officer with aggravated assault just for pointing a taser at a black woman because it's a deadly weapon, but when a black man shoots a taser at a police officer it's not a deadly weapon. They're just supposed to take it.
  15. Police do get HTH combat training. Members of our military do too. IMO the main problems there were 1) the one idiot cop who just sat there and threatened with his taser over and over finally got pulled down on top of his partner, and Brooks got away. 2) those cops had an audience and they were too shit-scared to do anything violent-looking during the George Floyd wars. Just a few days ago we had a cop throw one punch at chief drunkass when they were involved in an altercation and it's national news. If one of those officers punched Brooks they'd be no less popular in the media. I think the original cop on the scene was just a rookie.
  16. Both of those countries have a strong enough economy that they won't ever lack anything. Their needs are different from ours. You need to compare a Canada with a gas and oil sector to Trudeau's dream country, where the oil sands are phased out. We will no longer have USD coming in for oil. We will still be using petro products though. We'll just be buying from the Saudis, just like Trudeau's family business always has. We'll still be importing all of our clothing, cars and electronics, as usual. What will the strength of our dollar, to purchase foreign commodities, be based on? How much do you think our dollar will be worth without the money coming in from the oil sands? Oh and the money coming from Alberta to the federal gov't will dry up. That's $21B per year less to the feds if AB becomes a break-even province. What if they're a net drain on the federal government, like the maritimes and Quebec have always been?
  17. They're equipped like small armies because the police have to go where they're needed, when they're needed, and they deserve to have the proper equipment to keep them safe. It's not unheard of for there to be gang violence in Canada and the US. We had HAs vs Rock Machine in Que. They have lots of gang clashes down in the US. Terrorist attacks are not that infrequent in either country. A bank was robbed in the US and the robbers had kevlar body armour and helmets - small arms fire didn't hurt them. If your daughter is chilling at a cafe in Toronto and some crazy shit goes down do you want the police to decide that they can't respond? Should they go in even if they know they're doomed?
  18. The 8.21 was your number, I don't give a crap about it. What you don't get is that polishing people's nails and cutting people's hair contributes to GDP. It accounts for 0% of our exports. In the bigger picture, nail technicians and hole digger/refillers and lice-pickers contribute to the GDP equally if they get paid the same amount of money. Why do you think that drug dealers have girlfriends who are "nail techs" who work from home? They can claim legit income for doing nothing. "I made $60K this month." Nope, you just sat on your ass and your bf is laundering money through you. Not all services sector jobs are useless. Working in tourism is quite different from trimming hair because it brings in foreign money. Our country is in huge debt. Killing the biggest export commodity our country has while accruing debt at record levels is so far from sensible that it looks a lot like treason. If you actually knew anything about economics you would know that. We can't import $10B worth of cars and $6B worth of electronics and give away billions to other countries and just not export anything of value to the world. Canada isn't a money tree. No one loves us enough to keep giving us stuff and taking our dollars as payment. They become Pesos. Empty cheques.
  19. I'd call that a lie. You know what happened - Brooks shot a taser at the cop. You can clearly see sparks come out in the video. You're intentionally mischaracterizing this serious issue because CTV is doing that. FYI, just because CTV is lying doesn't make it right for you to do it iceni. You're a liar now. That's not good.
  20. We'll see. I doubt that he talks. He's so fucked if he throws his partner under the bus and he's perceived to be lying.
  21. A taser IS a lethal weapon. For a while they tried to call it a non-lethal weapon but people keep dying from it, so it's now called a 'less lethal' weapon. The law in Georgia: https://www.abtlaw.com/criminal-defense/weapon-crimes/stun-gun-laws/ So it wasn't just a cute, cuddly taser that he shot at the officer's head, it was a firearm, in the eyes of the law. IDGAF what the DA said. The DA is a known liar - I watched him say that Brooks was "slighty intoxicated" (Brooks was passed out drunk and blew .108 = pissed) and that's just alcohol. If he had other drugs in his system he could be completely wasted. They needed him to come in for a blood test. He flipped out. The DA also described him as jovial and polite. Polite isn't the same as 'wresteled cops, punched them in the face, stole a taser, shot it at cops. The DA is a lying ftard and the only person to date that has made the kicking claim. Again, I'll need to see video of a kick before it stands here. Right now it's just a rumour, because the DA's word does not stand as a record of events when we know that he's lying about more than one other thing. That dick also said that the cops stood on his shoulders. How does one even do that?
  22. 1) Not possible 2) they didn't 'shoot him in the back', they 'shot him when he was shooting a taser at the cop' 3) I haven't seen video of a cop kicking him while he was dying, have you? Can you post a link plz? There were citizens filming that, not just cop cams. Cite req'd.
  23. We have every right to have an opinion, sure, and to make necessary criticisms of the police, yes. But most of what is being said these days can be disregarded, as it's just idiotic. It's like if your 8 year old wants to stay up til midnight on a school night. Thanks for the opinion, now go to bed. Conservatives aren't forgetting anything. We saw a cop murder someone two weeks ago. Cops saw that too. Then we saw Rayshard Brooks go full retard, and the dire consequences of that. There's a good reason why you won't see conservatives just punch a cop in the face and then tase them. You go right ahead though. This chief was a dick who no doubt gets punched in the face a lot. My google translator guessed that that was bullshit, but even it couldn't make complete sense of that first part. You're actually fabricating here Boges, which is the worst form of lying. The Chief wasn't just 'not appreciating' the fine work of the police, he wasn't just being a dick, he actually threatened the cop on more than one occasion. Then he resisted arrest. I don't think the cop should have punched him when he was on the ground, but we couldn't see all that was going on. Maybe Chief Little Brain head-butted him, squeezed his balls, kneed him, scratched him, pulled his hair, bit him.... We just don't know, and when you don't know you don't guess. The punch looked bad, there will be an investigation, there's no need for the assumption of absolute guilt on the part of the cop, or acting like the chief wasn't a total asshole, or acting like this one incident is proof that "all cops are just racist against natives!!!!!". This is a grown up discussion. Wear some big boy pants, with a belt even.
  24. I can promise you that cop won't be executed by the state. There are 42,000 police officers in Georgia right now and there probably aren't a dozen who would keep wearing their badges if they said he was getting the death penalty. You can't tell cops that they have to allow themselves to be punched in the face and then tased without defending themselves. Half of them will quit right there. Forget about convincing them that they'll get the death penalty for defending themselves. it sure looks like one of them is fucked.
  25. Whoooaaaaa great comeback iceni. I toats agree we need to put an end to curbside executions like this one, where the Chief did absolutely nothing wrong, the police stopped him for absolutely no reason, and then when he was being polite the whole time, he just got killed out of the blue. Blood and guts everywhere, but surprisingly no brains. You should be a SCJ. The cops would never arrest anyone. It would be AWESOOOMMMME! It would be kind of hard to be an attractive woman, or for kids to ride bikes, or for men to go to work 40 hrs a week, knowing that the police weren't doing anything, but at least executions like this would come to an end! Hallelujah brotha!
