Yup. We've seen nothing but derangement from alt-left loonies over the past 4 years. Deranged is when people shrieked "TRUMP COLLUDED WITH RUSSIA!" for 4 years when there was never a shred of credible evidence uncovered, the claims come from the least credible scumbags in Washington and on CNN, when CNN's own Van Jones was caught on hidden video admitting that collusion was just a hoax but they pushed the narrative for another 2 years, when zero witnesses came forward and even people who were being leaned on by the FBI denied collusion, and when the claims made were just ridiculous to begin with. Then that same group of people impossibly claims to have final proof of the DNC's innocence on the very night of the election despite the fact that there are hundreds of witnesses who were at ground zero who testified & signed affidavits saying that the DNC actually are guilty, despite knowing the DNC have been 100% caught cheating on the elections so many times in the past few years, despite knowing that the DNC are constantly trying to introduce voter-fraud-friendly changes to election procedures, and there are so many absurdities on election night like blocks of hundreds of thousands of votes showing up at 4 am which are all for Biden, vote counting machines discovered to be switching a large percentage of votes in favor of Biden, and vote counters demanding that they operate free from scrutiny in the polling centers where Biden pulled off his miraculous come-from-behind wins. You and I both know that there's a zero percent chance that there wasn't widespread voter fraud by the Dems, it's just a matter of how much will eventually be proven in court. This election had 25 million more votes than were cast in the 2008, and 2012 and 2016 elections, and literally no one came out to see the guy who got somehow got 80M votes speak anywhere. A lot of those extra millions of votes came in the middle of the night in boxes and bags and barrels with no votes on the down-ballot, when there were no GOP representatives present. Just like the integrity of the FBI has been forever damaged irreparably, so has the faith in the integrity of US elections.

They gave up on the Russian collusion thing if that's what you're talking about. Re: "overturning", that's not the proper term yet. The election hadn't been declared yet last time I checked. What's going on right now is getting to the bottom of several very serious allegations which are backed up by hundreds of pages of affidavits, and clearing several legal challenges. I don't doubt what conclusion will eventually be arrived at, but like everyone else in the world I have serious reasons to question the integrity of this election. I'm just not one of the people who refuses to acknowledge them.

1) Pretty strong accusation considering that you're wrong again, as usual. Dems started the accusations long before Obama was a presidential nominee. Look it up. 2) That whole part of your post was tripe. Which, I guess, puts it on par with part 1 and probably the rest of your post. You can speak ill of Trump all you want, as long as it's accurate and in context. There's lots to say, just don't act like criticisms of Trump are unique, or that B Clinton hasn't done far worse. Pedestals? The MSM in the USA won't even consider that Biden did anything inappropriate and everything he & Hunter did in Ukraine and China reeks to the high heavens. 3) Nothing wrong with my reading comprehension. Our chat goes back to here: "As Ive said before you guys have all these ridiculous theories that Clintons are murdering people, Obama is a secret islamist operative." You included me in 'you guys', hence you're a liar. It's not a 'cherry-picked line', those are actual human lives lost, and most of those people didn't need to die of C19. The significance of that number is that at the very beginning, when Trudeau was seen on TV to fail us miserably with his disastrous and idiotic choices, he let a massive wave of covid pour across our country and kill a lot of people, needlessly. You might think that what he did back at the end of January was ok, but that's just because you didn't recognize it as being blatantly stupid at the time. You only started to realize that keeping C19 out of our busy airports and transit systems, etc, etc after you were told that was the case. I didn't need to be told. I'm about 8 steps ahead of your game beave. You're blaming Trump for America's C19 failures, that's just more of your alt-left idiocy shining through. Trump did his part by taking the virus extremely seriously early on, while the Dems were still focused on their primary and on Ukrainian collusion (not the real Biden collusion but the fake Trump collusion). After Trump blocked travel from China the Dems spent another two months convincing people to ride the subway and gather in large groups. Canada got almost half of our deaths in the two months between March 12th and May 12th. The other half came in the last 6 months. If Canada had started out on the path that little old genius me said that we should be on back in late January, our dead people graph would be much flatter than it is. How is it that I know more about this than our entire government and our top medical professionals put together? That should scare you, because it even scares me and I'm pretty full of myself. Dude if the Dems could prove that Trump paid Russian operatives for dirt on Hillary and got the FBI to launch a highly-publicized smear campaign based on that, and got them to start spying on her based on that, then you'd have the collusion silver bullet that you so desperately dream of. "TRUMP PAID PERKINS COIE AND THEY SENT THE MONEY TO RUSSIANS FOR DIRT ON HILLARY TO INFLUENCE THE ELECTION!!!!!!! HE'S BUSTED!!!!!!!!" The FBI didn't 'pass the info to Hillary', Hillary bought intel from Russians. Answer this directly: 1) "Did Hillary secretively funnel money to Russians for election dirt on Trump"? 2) If she did, was it Russian collusion? 3) If it wasn't, then what imaginary line did Trump cross to become guilty of Russian collusion that Hillary didn't cross?

McCabe lost his pension just days before retirement. Kevin Clinesmith was charged and could face up to 5 years in prison, but will likely serve 0-6 months. You're the one who was talking about Trump having several days in court, not me.
-
Read up on Kevin Clinesmith and Andrew McCabe. Clinesmith isn't merely 'accused', he has already pleaded guilty to 'altering evidence to provide it to the FISA court'. The fact that the FBI has been caught altering evidence is MASSIVE. Their credibility as a police agency was harmed to an extent that you apparently don't fully realize. They are a joke now. A total joke.
-
Yeah there was about 3 years worth of court from 2017-2019. You know who lost? The Dems and the FBI. The FBI were exposed as actual criminals. This was a very sad 4 years for America, and not for reasons that you and your fellow alt-leftists would be hasty to point out.

1)There was a time when Obama's birthplace was an actual issue, but that's going back over a decade now. 2)I get that you're completely butthurt that anyone would question anything about Obama but I don't care. 3) I didn't talk about Obama's birthplace either beaver so once again, stop putting word in my mouth you little liar. Yeah I can and I did. I said that leaving travel open from covid hotspots was bad. Telling people not to wear masks was bad. Canada was one of the very first countries to 5,000 C19 deaths. Countries like Japan that blocked travel and wore masks still have almost no C19 deaths. We all get that you don't understand any of this, and we're not shocked. Like I said - I knew all this in advance and you still don't get it. If you need an opinion and you don't wanna look like a total idiot in the future, just ask me and I'll let you know what's what. Anti-maskers are just people who don't believe that C19 kills healthy people. That's it. People who realize that they probably already had it and didn't notice, or people that have to work and aren't going to wear a mask for 8+ hrs. Masks were super-important back when it was thought that C19 might be like te Spanish Flu. It's not like the Spanish Flu. March 18th - a month and a half late. That's like closing the door to the henhouse after the wolf is already in. The whole point of having a 'leader' is to pick someone who makes the right choices at the right time. Anyone who understands what "avoid it like the plague" would understand "restrict travel into your country for people who probably have the plague". Don't forget that when Trudeau finally took his first actual action, we already had so much covid that Canadians weren't even allowed to walk outside in provincial parks anymore and kids couldn't play baseball and soccer outside. Vistors were free up til the 18th, Canadians were locked down less than a week later. When C19 was scary, Trump did the right things. Now that C19 isn't scary, your graph is useless. 7,700 people die every day in the US. That's 2.4M deaths that were certain to happen since C19 started in Jan, even if it was nothing more than the sniffles. 250K deaths sounds like a lot, but 1) medical mistakes kill that many Americans every year and 2) statistics tell us that the people who died of covid were almost exclusively near death and would have soon died of something else. What you call 'a bubble' is just a group of people who know more than you do. Just like you showed your imbecile-level of understanding C19, you have the same myopia on basically every other issue. Right. Turning the DNC Primary process into a charade wasn't cheating lol. Why did that guy get out of bed and go to work every day for his primary run if he wasn't going to be allowed to win? Do you understand what it means to have the democratic process exposed as just an illusion? Giving Hillary debate questions was just 'spin'? You think that colluding with Russians to create a fake dossier against Trump and then using it to spy on his campaign was just 'spin'? Got it. Dude you wonder why people think your posts and opinions are a joke and then you post something like this that shows that, not only do you get sucked in by blatantly fake news, but when you somehow stumble across the actual facts and you can recite them, you don't know what they mean.

Preying on children in universities is sick, but campuses are a ripe spot for religions, cults and activist groups to recruit lost, lonely, impressionable kids who are away from home for the first time and have no real bonds yet. You'd assume that people who go to universities are by and large more well-equipped to jump certain mental hurdles than people who are less educated, but in a lot of instances the people who leave home to learn by rote from their so-called 'superiors' are the easiest to program. They become accustomed to just soaking up what they hear and focusing so hard on memorizing it that they aren't actually thinking critically about it. It blows me away that people can watch some of the blatant lies that they tell on CTV without even having a clue wth is going on. Lisa LaFlamme: "Did Donald Trump commit treason? Here's video of what Jeff Sessions said undrr oath..." *video of JS talking* "I did not talk to any Russians government officials or agents about collusion' *insert DRAMATIC eyebrow lift and butt-ugly smirk here* "But he was caught on tape talking to a Russian." GASP..... and...... and....... and..... and.... and.... *and crickets*. There are no worthwhile facts in the whole skit, you're just supposed to ASSUME that there's enough evidence to support a treason charge against a sitting President based on Lisa LaFlamme's facial expressions. It's very powerful stuff for a small-minded leftist, but for people who reserve their judgement until there's at least a credible statement made under oath or some type of video evidence it's just spin and disinformation. -

Agreed. The Dems, CNN/MSNBC, and Antifa/BLM are all thick as thieves. You'll see guys from big tech getting jobs in the Biden administration if he gets in, just like you commonly see guys who were big Pharma execs getting jobs in the FDA, etc. -
Is America splitting apart?
WestCanMan replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Intolerance comes from things like media corruption here. I don't mean to single out USA today because WashPo, CNN, NYT and all the other fake news outlets posted similar disinformation on their various platforms. I'm just not rounding up all the links. Those people know that there's a certain percentage of people who lack the reading comprehension to make sense of what they're looking at, some are ignorant enough to just believe it without checking into it, and there are people who are happy to just lie right along with them just to smear someone that they don't like. In the end it adds up to millions of people who are saying things like this that simply aren't true, for one reason or another. There are even people on this site who still honestly believe that Trump referred to all immigrants as animals because of dishonest reporting like this. Obviously the people here take an an active interest in politics, so they follow these things closely, yet they're still completely sucked in by fake news. It's actually impossible for a certain percentage of the population to not be sucked in by things that they see on major news networks. And truly, anyone who believes what they see on CNN really shouldn't have tolerance towards Trump supporters because according to CNN's narrative Trump supporters really are morally repugnant. We can't really blame CNN's followers for being stupid enough to believe them though, because stupid people are just a fact of life and they will always exist. We should however, be really angry about the lying and the disinformation that CNN and their fellow fake media members are spreading. If my dog is following a red laser dot that my son is moving around the floor, and it's knocking over people and tables, I don't get mad at my dog because I don't expect it to know any better. It's obviously my kid that's to blame. If people are dancing to CNN's tune I don't blame them, because CNN is using sophisticated, proven techniques for manipulating humans and it's hard for people to believe that a major news network is blatantly lying to them. How far are these fake news guys interested in going is the real question. "You can always convince half of the poor people to kill the other half." Are they happy with the current level of violence (like what is ignored in Washington recently and all the beatings and killings during the riots), or are they going to keep on ramping up the rhetoric against police, conservatives, Christians, etc? -

Awesome. You find me where CNN talked about Joe's "gaffes" then beave. Something from 2020, not from before he was just a primary candidate. They acted like Trump was completely unfit to be POTUS when Trump has 1,000 times the mental clarity of Biden. Then they shut down all talk of Biden's declining mental state. Joe won't last 1 year as POTUS. By March he will be well-known to be on his way out. -
I haven't been talking about Hillary killing people here, or Obama's religion, you're just putting words in my mouth. Not surprising because lying is what you do best. All adults actually acknowledge all the things that I said, which are either verified or self-evident. The Dems were caught cheating 3x in the last election. 1) They rigged the Primary against Bernie, 2) they got their propaganda outlet to spoon-feed debate questions to their candidate and 3) they colluded with Russians to start the spying on Trump. This election they had an Obama speech writer posing as an undecided voter in a town hall. Everything else I said was true as well, you just don't like to admit to being wrong. I'd hate it too if needed to spend so much time admitting to that. The problem here is that even with the benefit of hindsight you fail to understand things that I can predict in the future, just like when you fail to see how Trudeau screwed up by not restricting travel from covid hotspots and by telling people not to wear masks. I knew that was a mistake the instant that the idiotic words came out of his mouth. Sending out ballots to everyone who might possibly live in each state and then declaring that signatures don't need to match was a roadmap to ballot fraud. The Dems are blatant election cheaters from the word go. Half the world knew that the Dems were planning to cheat on this election and the unscrupulous activities at the polling stations was expected, and has been documented in affidavits. Just like CNN pre-emptively declared the election 100% legit, you're pre-emptively calling all the lawsuits unsuccessful.

Any country with one-party rule, which controls the media, is basically dictatorship. The Dems have MSNBC, CNN, NBC et all wrapped around their finger. Biden could rape a child and behead it and it wouldn't make the news. -
Beave I've never seen you make a post here that was factually accurate. Never. If you're being honest, all that you do is come here and regurgitate CNN spin and when you're inevitably proven wrong you never admit to it, you just carry on about some shiny new crapaganda. 1) Everyone with even half a brain knew that mass mail-in balloting was ripe for fraud, along with every other great idea the Dems have for the election process. 2) Everyone with even half a brain was a little suspicious about why CNN was preaching about the unquestionable integrity of this election on election night, when it was obviously too soon for them to have known. They spent 4 years questioning the previous election but they were calling this one "100% legit" in advance??????? Everyone here knows that the Dems got caught cheating 3x on the 2016 election and at least once on this election prior to Nov 3. It was completely unrealistic to assume that they weren't going to cheat on the ballot-counting when they had tried so hard to incorporate so many different fraud-friendly systems over the past few years. Now 'signatures don't need to match' for mail-in ballots??? LMAO, that's just begging for fraud. 3) Everyone with any integrity at all knows that 250 pages full of affidavits by poll-watchers, claiming serious voter fraud, needs to be dealt with in order for the election to have any meaning at all. 4) Everyone with any integrity at all would admit that the bundles of hundreds of thousands of votes, which were 100.0% for Biden, are highly suspicious. 5) It's pretty fishy when the swing states have massive bundles of 'all-biden' ballots. 6) t's pretty fishy when the military ballots don't favour the President heavily, after he had such a successful term creating stability in the ME, killing islamic state, stopping terrorism, taking care of veterans and funding the military. Military people aren't as dumb as CNN viewers. They can't operate on CNN's pie in the sky. Facts really matter to them, they don't live in a millennial bubble where gov't policy doesn't affect their likelihood of surviving 4 more years. 7) The number of dead people who voted, and people who had moved out of state, was appalling.

Overall a great, centrist, factual post which was well thought out. If you take those two ideas and put them in reverse order, it explains a lot. IMO the fact that people are 1) so largely ignorant of history is the main problem for 2) them believing that America's founders were so bad. They're making the mistake of judging historical figures by today's standards. People born in Lincoln's day grew up in a world where every minute of history from before they were born was exactly the same - slavery was just a normal aspect of human life. Period. Those who could get away with it, did, and that was normal going back thousands of years. When America rejected slavery they did it from a position of power - they didn't have to give up the power that they had. Other countries around the world who formally signed onto abolition did it because they had to. IMO the true test of character is what you do when you're in a position of power and America took the high road. America isn't perfect, but compared to Pakistan and Iran, America is perfect. -
What's your wager?

First off, I'd love it if someone could translate this to English for me. Second, the wars are 'defensive' from the POV of helping other nations stop guys like Hitler from taking over Europe, stopping the Taliban, the North Koreans, etc. Canadians died in those places and there was never any chance that the people who served there were going to bring home slaves, war booty, etc.

He. Walked. Into. A. Superspreader. Event. To. Fear. Monger. Police. That's exactly what he did. And he did at while he was saying that basically everything else was forbidden. Period. On Nov 11 people were basically doing everything else as normal, aside from attending Remembrance Day ceremonies. Malls were open, grocery stores, schools, etc, but he was discouraging people from Remembrance Day ceremonies. Full stop. So, he's not a hypocrite when he does it. He's not acting like he's far superior to everyone else re: covid (although he was far better than the Dems and Trudeau) and he's not stopping people from going to church or any other legal gathering place. 1) We both know that you're the liar here, that's been proven probably a dozen times now so just own it. 2) They actually do have to disperse, the POTUS was coming and they actually do have to disperse to make way for him. The "peaceful protestors" from the day before turned out to be quite destructive, didn't they? That's a fact. You don't like it. Suck it up. You just have a pathetic understanding of events beave. Obama mischaracterized police incidents as racist and murderous when he either had no clue wtf happened (Treyvon Martin) or when it was well-known what happened (M Brown) but he just kept on running with CNN's false narrative. He turned a peaceful country into a violent, racist shithole. "Should". They "should". If they wanted to risk it they still "could". It has nothing to do with whether I want to go there. Understand this - the weasel didn't discourage cop-hating at all, even though it's not . He went out and promoted it. The weasel did discourage Canadians from attending Remembrance Day ceremonies. -

Of course it's a freedom being taken away when not everyone can go. People even have to RSVP in a lot of cases. Just like people in the US fear being disenfranchised if they need ID to vote, not everyone uses computers. It wasn't Trudeau's rally, but he still went to fear monger in a way that was completely unacceptable given the C19 restrictions at the time. It was a super-spreader event. Look up the difference between the words should and must. You're such an illiterate. He attended a super-spreader event and he did not keep a distance at all. Look at the photos. No, I make it sound like he went to a super-spreader event to fear monger police when the rest of Canada wasn't allowed to do anything. Because that's what he did. It's the opposite of "discouraging large, close gatherings". Who cares if rioters were tear-gassed when they wouldn't disperse? Do you really think I give a rip? FYI Trump stood up to rioting and looting, Obama fanned the flames of racial division when people were being killed and businesses destroyed. Who's the loser? Clearly you don't play the role of 'adult' in your household. -
America under President Trump
WestCanMan replied to betsy's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
You're changing the topic now. You said that no freedoms went away, I told you some freedoms that went away (for people who aren't fear mongering against the police) and now you're making the case for stripping away some freedoms while allowing others. Kids weren't even allowed to play baseball. People couldn't walk outside in provincial parks. But Trudeau had his hate cops rally. Police brutality is such a big problem that you're willing to risk spreading covid to hold a hate rally against police? That's just stupid. How many people die from police brutality in Canada every year, and how many Canadians died from Trudeau's stupidity re: the 'fight' against C19? Of course octogenarians should stay home. No one else needs to. Nice straw man argument kid. Grow up. He was at an outdoor fear-mongering event with thousands of people who weren't more than a foot apart back at a time when you couldn't have kids out in the sun at a baseball park and people weren't allowed to walk in provincial parks. It was the epitome of hypocrisy and his stupid sycophant horde didn't understand that. Apparently some of them still don't, but I'll give credit where it's due. Trudeau does know how to inspire loyalty in the bottom 50% of the gene pool.
