You provided the info about death panels. I personally don't care about death panels because I understand how life and budgets work. If there's no 'death panel' of any sort then medicare will just be pie in the sky, because it will never be affordable. I've watched ER shows where trauma surgeons just assessed people, like motorcycle accident victims, and decided that they were too far gone and that treatment wouldn't save them. Some people might think: "Why not get out your scalpel ya lazy bastard and just skip your coffee break?" Because people make tough calls like that all the time. It's just life. During C19 hospitals cut off all 'elective surgeries'. In some cases that includes cancer treatments. Tough decisions. Life. What do you want me to say? That we should spend money like it's going out of style for minimal returns? I'd never say that. I think that 'death panels' exist, or they should, and that they are necessary, and they should be secret because not everyone can handle that info.

Do you think Trump was already POTUS when he made that comment beside his daughter? Was the media really that friendly with him after June of 2016?

Will Joe Biden Declare Martial Law?

45%, seriously? I know that a lot of Americans are obese but I really really doubt that 45% of Americans have a co-morbidity. Do you mean 45% of people over 75 years old or something? Probably 1/3 of the population is under 18, and they're not even close to 45%. The population between 18 and 45 is probably another 1/3 of the population and they're not close to 45% either. You'd need almost everyone over 45 to have a c-m in order to hit 45%. I don't buy it. Regardless, covid isn't really dangerous for people with 1 co-morbidity unless it's a lung disease or something. Covid is dangerous for elderly people with 2 or more co-morbidities. Why would you estimate 2.5%? AGE DEATH RATE confirmed cases DEATH RATE all cases 80+ years old 21.9% 14.8% 70-79 years old 8.0% 60-69 years old 3.6% 50-59 years old 1.3% 40-49 years old 0.4% 30-39 years old 0.2% 20-29 years old 0.2% 10-19 years old 0.2% 0-9 years old no fatalities Most of this is even old data, from when case fatality rates were higher. Regular seasonal flu actually kills a lot of children. C19 doesn't do that. IMO the death of one 6 yr old is more tragic than the deaths of 100 octogenarians. Ask an 88 yr old and very few will disagree. I didn't say it's just a bad flu, but it's true that it's only a real risk to the people I mentioned earlier. Getting in a car is a risk. Especially in winter. Are you going to quarantine yourself forever? -

For the VAST MAJORITY OF CASES we're still talking about people who were going to die somewhere between soon and very soon. If they died in Aug 2020 instead of June 2021 it's not good, but these 'deaths' aren't nearly the same as "iraq war deaths" or drug overdose deaths where 99% of them were 18-30 year olds who were definitely not going to die that year otherwise. This is just proof that you don't have a clue wtf you're talking about, as usual. At the beginning of the outbreak, it was assumed that this could be a very deadly outbreak and Trump treated it as such, while Trudeau and the Dems treated it like an opportunity to virtue-signal about travel bans. Now that we have 8 months worth of data to look at, and successful treatments in place, it's a nothingburger compared to the destruction of the economy. I've made the distinction before about the fact that staying ahead of the outbreak is obviously much better than letting the virus get throughly and then fighting it. Hopefully you can grasp that. -
I'm talking about in Edmonton. https://globalnews.ca/news/1656699/the-cost-of-cancer-how-much-do-cancer-drugs-cost-canadians/ Cut off, maybe not, but wait-listed.... yep. A wait list is a death sentence.

Dude your blooper reel is taken over decades, he's been speaking on tv for several thousands of hours over that period of time, and some of the things he said are just funny, like the comment about his daughter. None of the things that you showed are indicative of dementia. Joe's blooper reel from his last 6 hours of talking on TV is riddled with dozens of instances where he showed that he didn't know what city he was in, what state he was in, he said his son won a 'conspicuous' service medal and I don't even know what he was trying to say there, he doesn't know what jacket he has on, he forgets Trump's name, he says he's going to beat Joe Biden in the election, and most alarmingly his sentences often deteriorate into unintelligible gibberish. Keep in mind, that's just in the last 6 or 8 hours of him speaking on TV and from his basement, and he doesn't get asked tough questions by anyone ever. Even at the debates he just got a pass.

Call it what you want, but there's a limit to how much any medical plan will cover. My sister had a daughter with cancer, and luckily their medical plan covered her chemo bills, but there was a family there who they were close to that didn't have coverage and they sold their home to buy medicine. In Edm (that's part of Canada). If you think that you can just keep getting heart surgeries or other expensive medical procedures over and over you're wrong.

You realize that I'm well aware of Trump's cognitive abilities, right? And that everyone here knows how idiotic your accusation was...? Trump has several rallies per day, all over an hour long, partly unscripted, and never stumbles over his words. Biden comes out at 1 pm every other day, manages fifty words with just a few minor gaffes, and goes into hiding for another 47 hours. In the last ten months Biden hasn't even been asked a serious question. He has been spoon fed, had his chin wiped and his dipey changed for him and now he's going to try and take on the most important job in the world. AKA, we're screwed.

Only 1 group of people will care about any voter fraud at the end of the day.

Lol. As if the world is waiting to hear that stanky ho's opinion on what Latinos are, and why no one can use that term anymore.
-
So you agree that he's far superior to Biden. Little wonders never cease. And to be super-accurate, this is an actual issue of Biden's. He doesn't know what city or state he's in, what office he's running for, what clothes he's wearing, the name of the GOP nominee, he says that he's going to beat Joe Biden in the election, he can't pronounce big words, etc. He's a 78 yr old who had 2 aneurisms in the '90s and he's experiencing sharp cognitive decline. You can make some baseless insults if you want, but this is a well-known fact about Biden.
-
You can't have a medicare program and just leave it open-ended at "What you want is what you get". Full stop. When a 75 yr old comes in for a 5th triple-bypass they're not going to get it. No system could survive that level of expenses. A Dr will look at an x-ray of that clogged-up ticker and say "You probably don't need to buy the 4-litre jug of milk."

The world respects Trump's authoritah, that you can be assured of. They might not want to cuddle with him though. Two different things entirely.

To be honest, death panels are real enough, but it's not just Obama and Obamacare that do it. Insurance companies make choices on what drugs and treatments to cover as well. Do you think Canada's medical covers you from any possible eventuality? Nope. Not at all. No matter how good anyone's intentions are, saving everyone from everything is not even remotely an option in any medical system. If you spend too much time keeping elderly patients alive after successive heart surgeries you're spending time and money that you don't have when you need to save a sick child or improve their quality of life. Do you give a guy a 3rd triple bypass surgery? A 4th? A 5th? At some point you have to draw an actual line. Drs always make decisions about whether or not to invest their time in trying to save lives or let them go. It's not like they can just do everything in their power to save everyone who's sick or hurt. I wouldn't criticize Hannity for being wrong about the existence of such a panel, that panel has to exist. I'd be more critical for him questioning the rationale behind it, or for giving them the sensational title.

I'm 100% sure that Xi, Putin and KJU will respect her authoritah.

Because they had Biden winning states by 7% and 11% which they might not even win, they almost all had Biden winning Fla, which he lost by quite a bit, etc. Their inaccuracy at predicting elections also gives reason to question the accuracy of their approval ratings polls, etc. IMO they're not real, they're just a tool for influencing public opinion. "The blackface scandal hasn't affected Trudeau's approval rating at all" etc.
-
They won't take over the US in our lifetimes and I never said that they would, but their influence over the far east will be completely undeterred now. Biden is their play-thing.

Yup. Again the pollsters were completely wrong.

Lol. FEAR COVID!

Lol. I never even heard of half of those things. death panels and re-education camps? What sites are you looking at? Can you name even one thing I've said that's actually not true...? Didn't think so. The list of actual bullshit is every story that CNN ran with over the last 4 years that all of America's biggest morons (and you for some strange reason) got sucked in on. "Kavanaugh was a mass-rapist, there's no such thing as Antifa, the protests are 'mostly peaceful', M Brown was a gentle giant who playfully wrestled with store-owners and cops, Trump invented putting kids in cages, Trump called all immigrants animals", etc.
-
Is that a best-case scenario?

There's a reason why the party that got cheating 3 times on the last election and once in this election, and tries so hard to make voter fraud easier in every way imaginable, pushed so hard to make mass-mailed ballots easier and it has nothing to do with altruism. Of course Biden's mail-in ballots will carry the day for him. This isn't a new prediction from me, I said all along that they pushed mail-ins because they had already developed their method of cheating.

Is the United States becoming Lebanon?
WestCanMan replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
1) It proves that the only person who could definitively say 'hacked' said 'can't say' when he was under oath. Your burning desire to change his answer is duly noted though. 2) Hilarious is you not acknowledging that putting sick people back in care homes was bad, or that leaving direct flights open from China and telling Canadians not to wear masks was bad, or that telling people to ride the subway like usual and hang out in big groups was bad, or that inventing new side effects for a 60 year old drug was bad, etc. Take everything that the Dems/Trudeau were saying and doing at the beginning of the pandemic and put it on a scale from 0-idiotic/10-brilliant and see where they all land.... Honestly Cuomo was by far the stupidest of the lot, but Trudeau was only 1/10th of a point behind. FYI getting it right at the beginning is what a good leader is supposed to do. It's useless having a guy like Trudeau suddenly noticing after two months that our country is getting the world's worst results. 3) To be honest, I don't really care about C19 'infection rates'. I care about the economy now, but blue states still top the list. Why don't I care? Because C19 has proven to not be that big of a deal now. If you go to Costco or Save-On and see that guy without a mask, that's me. The main things to acknowledge about the C19 crisis is that at the beginning, when we had reason to believe it was dangerous, Trump was at least doing some of the right things. Trudeau, Pelosi, DeBlasio and Cuomo were a disaster. So was Biden. 4) No, Canada is not devoid of urban centres and I never said that it was, but for your information the difference between a metro area like Tokyo with Canada's entire population, and Canada's population spread over 10M sq km is off the measurable scale. Ditto for NYC that have over half our country's population in a small area. The US also has LA, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Chicago, etc, etc, etc. FYI comparing Canada to DeBlasio/Cuomo's stupidity (and blaming that on Trump) along with the rest of America and their huge amount of urban centres that dwarf all of ours just to make Trudeau 'look good' was entirely dishonest. Trudeau shot Canada up into the very top of the C19 death charts at the beginning of the outbreak, and if it was an actual pandemic we would have been entirely screwed by that point. PERIOD. He utterly failed us at the very critical time of the outbreak and only our country's geographically built-in social distancing saved us. 5) We don't have high density, we have small-scale density. We have a lot of small cities and large towns that don't even have international airports or rapid transit systems, and they're spread out over 10M sq km with just a few major hubs. NYC metro area's population is spread out over our ENTIRE country minus Ont, Man and Sask. I get that you don't understand what kind of a difference that makes, but it's a fact that you need to take my word on. -
Lol. And Biden is what, aside from a cop-hating, child-sniffing, senile, career influence-peddler and bizarre liar? He doesn't know where he is, he can't say big words anymore, he doesn't know what clothes he has on, he has inappropriate fits of anger, etc. That guy is going to deal with NoKo, China, Iran and Russia? America is going to have their lunch money stolen until Kamala takes over, which thankfully won't be long, but those countries will be even bolder with her as President. Jan 15 2021 is the day that America will officially knocked out of the #1 global superpower position. Now it's just a matter of finding out how benevolent the Chinese government is.
