Climate change isn't a hoax. It's a well-documented scientific fact, going well back into pre-history. An example of a hoax was the hockey stick graph. The only thing that's up for debate is whether climate change is because of the yachts & private jets of the people who are pontificating to us about man-made climate change or if it's caused by the exact same things that caused climate change for the last 100,000 years. 1) The act of sedition involves a call to action, not just saying things that you believe in your heart to be untrue. 2) From what I've seen, Trump is just reiterating things that others have sworn to in affidavits and have testified to in court, and last I heard none of them were charged with perjury. 3) After all the lies that Schiff, Clinton, Clapper, Brennan et al have said over the past three years, with the sole purpose of unseating a duly elected President, the sudden concern in the US over the act of sedition is a total joke Aristides. Granted, a serious line was crossed in Washington, but Trump didn't even hint that anyone should go to that extent.

There was other violence. Pushing the gates back into and over the police is pretty bad, there were scuffles there, and I heard reports of teargas being used on officers but I don't know if that's true. If it is then someone is royally screwed. That's worthy of several years in jail imo.
