Getting covid won't provide your body with antibodies to fight covid in the future, but some vaccines use the traditional method of building covid immunity by exposing your body to a weakened form of covid. What if one of Putin's or Kim Jung Un's doctors say to a peon: "Although you're asymptomatic, our test shows that you are carrying C19 - you have to go to a quarantine center (where people are expected to die in large numbers)."

It's important to note that some people have trotted out that stat using data from the early months of 2021 when almost no one was fully vaccinated. It's akin to saying that "Everyone who got sick or died from C19 in 2020 was unvaccinated!" No one was vaccinated back then - the 'stat' is pure misdirection.

The covid death stats even point out that the vast majority of people who died from C19 were elderly and had one or more of those diseases. C19 didn't "kill" all 600K of those people, the vast majority of them were already walking on the edge of their graves and covid gave them a nudge. Ignore the anecdotes about "This healthy guy died of C19", because the flu does that every year. Almost 400 children die of the flu in the US every year, and that number last year was less than half the normal amount. Between 1,000-2,000 children died in the swine flu year, when Obama was Prez, and there were no lockdowns, no school closures. Control? Power? To sell vaccines? To make people dependant on the government, instead of capitalist economies? Lots of reasons. Gov Cuomo got busted for lying about C19 deaths, and he received an Emmy for his C19 bullshit that he never had to give back. Time will tell that C19 indebted us to China bigtime, and that our leftists governments love to turn our citizens into their dependants. Western separation issues are small from Quebec's POV. Quebec has punitive agreements with other provinces for Hydro power, they get special status, they have a larger proportion of the vote than they should, the federal government strips jobs from other provinces and moves them to Quebec, and Que receives boatloads of money from confederation. So what if Alberta doesn't have as many MPs as they should, or if their resources are on hold because of the will of Quebecers, or if Albertans only ever give money into confederation and then get small loans in return if they come on hard times? Guys are getting paid a lot of money in construction right now. They're paid based on their ability to get a lot of things done, and if they were to drive a Civic then there would be a lot of things that they couldn't get done. I end up renting a truck/cube van about 8x per year and I don't even work in construction. I still save a lot of money because of the amount I save on fuel, but I get how tradesmen need trucks.

I don't remember ever paying for gas by the gallon, but I do remember filling my Honda Civic with less than $20 when I was a young man. Now it's about $120 to fill our Murano and the tank is approximately 1.6x the size. It's painful.
