I think that what we are doing to the ocean is worse than what carbon is doing to the atmosphere. China stole what they wanted and ran the trade table. NATO relied on the US and no one was spending their fair share. Other countries might have liked Obama more than Trump, but that's not always a good thing and in this case it wasn't. Trump has made headway against China. So there's always that, right?
