  1. Again, no specific instances of lying. I could say Morning Joe and his wife lied 6,257 times this year and it means nothing without specifics. Again we have Dem apologists referring to anonymous sources, unproven allegations with no evidence, and repeating other unverified stories. The only thing that they specifically mentioned was Trump saying something about Hillary colluding with Russians. They were really only implying that it was a lie but it wasn’t a lie at all. If Trump was found to have given a law firm money for them to secretly pass along to Russians and Brits for stories to influence the outcome of the election you’d all be screaming “Mueller hit the jackpot! That’s collusion!” We all know Hillary did that. Why is it “a lie” to call that collusion? Those idiots even tried to say it was illegal for Trump’s son to agree to just meet with and listen to a Russian who claimed to have proof of Hillary’s crimes. How is it illegal to agree to hear evidence of a crime? If so, isn’t it worse to offer to pay the same people to go looking for a crime that no one even knows about? Mueller hasn’t got anything like Hillary’s actions on Trump, Dem morons are saying Trump is guilty all the time. Where’s the lie clicker? Is it at ten billion yet? Nope, because just like the Nazis, the Dems believe that if you tell the same lie enough times it becomes the truth.
  2. There are a lot of places where the natural land formations make a wall unnecessary. It’s not every single inch of the border. Walls just work better. You don’t need to separate families like Trump and Obama did. You don’t run the risk of re-uniting children with human traffickers like Obama did (check Snopes). You don’t have to send thousands of troops to the border to stop large migrant caravans all the time. No large-scale detentions and the subsequent processing of claimants, etc, etc. It’s reasonable to begin the discussion at “x number of kilometres of wall” but not at “walls are racist, so we will use drones, helicopters, K-9 units, thousands of border guards, and immigration officials all around the country but then we won’t deport people anyways”. How stupid do you have to be to follow Nancy and Chuck’s line of thinking? It’s just mindless drivel with some baseless accusations. Ie, Dem politics 101.
  3. Grow up iznogood. If you can’t point to any specific instances of lying then you can’t make the accusation. You need to be accurate and honest when you make a serious claim like that. I get that it’s normal practice for a lot of people these days but I tune those people out, as should you. When I talk about CNN or CBC or CTV lying I at least point out the specific instances instead of making an unsubstantiated generalization.
  4. The cost of the wall is actually an up front cost that doesn’t affect future budgets nearly as much as the lack of the wall. Is wall maintenance going to cost more than extra border guards iznogood? A lot of that money for the wall even comes back in the form of taxes. Money spent building helicopters and drones and training mechanics and pilots and k-9 units etc doesn’t come back. It’s a long-term commitment to a big budget.
  5. The USA would have spent about 10,000 times more money fighting Syria than Canada did. It’s not even comparable. Lefties loved it when Trudeau pulled out, but they hate Trump for doing it 3 years later. Go figger. All Demsters abide by the hypocritical oath.
  6. Some people here like to think that pulling out of Syria is a huge mistake for Trump, and that’s just more mindless CNNery. CNN would take offence if he committed to ousting Assad, even though it was Obama’s goal as well - “He’s crazy! He’ll start a war with Russia!” CNN would take offence if he committed to staying in Syria for another year - “Trump’s war-mongering is too expensive!” Etc, etc. The only way to make sense of the decision to leave Syria is to consider what’s left to accomplish there, what it would cost, and what will happen there if the US pulls out. Then you also need to think about whether or not the US has bigger fish to fry elsewhere, and what might happen down the road which the US will need huge gobs of money for. Forget everything that you heard on CNN, they have no desire to do any accurate reporting on the topic. By now you should know that they need to come up with the most scathing rebuke of Trump’s actions no matter what he does, on every topic under the sun. They couldn’t give Trump a win right now even if there was a sudden peace agreement between Israel and Palestine and Islamic terrorism/extremism ceased to exist. They’d give the credit to Obama, the UN, “the religion of peace”, NATO, Bitcoin, Colin Kaepernick, or even their almighty Satan before Trump. If you don’t know that by now you’re dumber than a sack of Democrats. Is Islamic State defeated in Syria? Can Russia and Syria finish the clean-up? How much money does the US save by pulling out now? Can they really justify another year of bloody turmoil in Syria just to kill Assad? Did killing other dictators ever accomplish a whole lot? Does the US population have the resolve to stay there, spend the money and see all the killing? Can Trump claim victory over Islamic State and just get out now? Does his government need the money? Those are the questions that need to be answered. Focusing on CNN talking points is like trying to run your car using everything but gasoline.
  7. Conceding Syria, not the entire Middle East. The US is hated there. It doesn’t help that their own MSM tries to make Trump look like a bad guy every time he makes a move there. Even when he directly attacks Assad for gassing people they do their best to make America look bad. The easiest job in the world right now is to work in the Al Jazeera propaganda department. All they have to do is live stream CNN. How do you think our numbers are the same? You factored in one expense. That’s like someone starting a restaurant and forgetting about the cost of napkins, glassware, electricity, cleaning supplies, waste, decorating, advertising, pilferage, etc. You can’t do up a budget and only account for the cost of food and wages.
  8. Re: Isis, Russia and Syria can handle that now. Problem solved, money saved. The border will still need agents, but only a fraction of what they would need otherwise. And your math is way off. I said $50k plus benefits. Add 20% to 40% to those totals you did earlier. Then add the cost for more helicopters and drones and the training and salaries of staff to fly them and maintain them, the cost of fuel. Plus k9 units and lawyers and and bills for a lot more detainees including, but not limited to, medical treatments, clothes, food, shelter etc. All that plus an increased number of illegals, which has additional costs including the infrastructure for tens of thousands of extra people, so the need for more ICE agents working inside the country. Times 50 years. You’re only looking at one single aspect of the border expenses, and ignoring the fact that the wall is just more effective. General Mattis is concerned with one aspect of the government. He wanted his way in Syria. Trump is concerned with every aspect of the government, including the budget.
  9. Trump conceded Syria to those guys a week before the first gas attack. That was a long time ago. If you don’t recall, Syria was a flaming wreck with starving people everywhere. Ousting Assad was an Obama priority but his pillow-fighting technique wasn’t even working against Islamic State. He had a several year plan that was just falling further behind every day. Trump thrashed ISIS. They shrunk down to small pockets with a few months of him taking over. If you’re the least bit familiar with the Sun Tzu, you’d know that the cost of foreign war is and always has been staggering. Iran doesn’t have to worry though, they still have the $150 billion that Obama gave them (speaking about being in somebody’s pocket). The US will eventually shut down regardless of border wall funding if they’re constantly in a state of war. Leaving Syria at this stage isn’t foolish. Trump’s stated goal was the destruction of isis. Dragging this out for a few more years is a waste of money. He’s not crazy for doing it lol.
  10. So you’re replying with a cutesy insult because you can’t face facts. FYI I acknowledge Trump’s main faults: hubris, name-calling, cheating on his wives... He’s hard to like. But fwiw CNN is even worse for name-calling. Watch one of their shows: it’s a 30 minute long insult, full of accusations, anonymous sources, lies and self-corroboration. Thanks for downgrading your stance to “possibly criminal” because I’m sick of hearing how the sky is falling just because Trump got a couple NDAs signed. I get why you’re calling Trump’s decision to pull troops out of Syria “addlebrained” - CNN said it. That comment will get parroted far and wide by the folks who learn by rote. Just FYI, they’re the same people who hailed Obama as a hero for pulling out of Iraq when there was NO GOVERNMENT TO SPEAK OF there to pick up the pieces. They didn’t ever hold Obama to task for that, or for incorrectly assessing Islamic State as a JV terrorist org (armed with all the weapons that Barack left behind). Yeah Trump is addlebrained and Obama was a genius dude, keep tuning into CNN to get your opinions. This is some entertaining stuff. FYI Russia is there killing Islamic State and Syria still has a government, even if it’s below average, even for the Middle East. Trump is saving money by leaving Syria, and the US needs that money. You think it’s ridiculous to shut down the government to build the wall, just because you’re following the Dem party line that the wall is evil, racist, a waste of money, etc. FYI a wall saves money on border patrol agents who all make $50k/year plus benefits. They need less helicopters, less drones, etc. All expensive stuff to build, maintain (train mechanics, pay them), fly and store. They don’t need to process as many illegals, feed them, clothe them, shelter them etc. And all that is over the 50-100 years that a wall will last. Maybe more. They won’t need the army to come out on occasion, they won’t get the bad pr that goes along with it. How bad is the wall? See iznogood, all the things that you call “political knowledge” are just “CNN talking points”. Watching that network is like drinking stupidity from a firehose. I don’t blame you for falling victim to one of the world’s elite propaganda outlets, nor for throwing out sandbox insults, CNN style.
  11. First, the post you’re referring to was about demented Canadians watching left wing “news”, not Canadian politics. Second, CNN’s lies are what are being discussed, not Russian trolling. No doubt Mueller’s findings will appear devastating to people who believe that Trump getting an NDA signed was worse than Clinton lying under oath and witness tampering. The same people who think that Kaepernick has a right to promote his own political views at his place of work. The same people who believe that Trump committed treason by joking that the Russians should look for the 33,000 missing emails. The same people who think Comey, the leaker who lied under oath and “couldn’t remember 245 times in one day, is a man of integrity. The same people who thought that families had never been separated at the border before Trump became President. The same people who believe a CNN “anonymous source” over 5 or more people in a room who are willing to go on the record. The same people who believe that Avanatti’s client went to ten Kavanaugh rape parties. The same people who don’t know anything about top FBI officials getting fired and demoted despite watching “the news” every day for the past two years. Do you get why I don’t give a crap what CNN and their idiotic viewers think? Mueller hired the sleaziest, most partisan hacks he could find to take down Trump any way he could. They pushed the bogus Steele dossier through the FISA court when they new it was crap and like I said before, if they can’t make a compelling Russian collusion case those guys are going to be screwed for lying to the FISA court.
  12. I totally forgot about his Nike ad. Thank god I bought Under Armour shoes last month.
  13. The courts won’t be able to do anything about a theoretical ban on Kaepernick, reason being: owners don’t have to sign a player who will ultimately cost them a lot of money. That’s just common sense. Do you think he’s really making money off of endorsements? Who is he representing? If you honestly don’t know why you should feel a sense of patriotism towards Canada, or the US if you happen to be an American, I honestly think that’s really pathetic. If you think there is some other country or some other way of life that’s superior I’d love to hear about it
  14. Russian trolls chucked crap at both sides to sow division. Their total FB budget was about $4K iirc. The only thing that looks the slightest bit off is the emails that Assange leaked, but like I've said many times - the grass roots support in the Dem party was in favour of Bernie Sanders. Dem IT staffers had all kinds of access to those emails. It's not unlikely that they actually were leaked, as Assange said. Those idiots even had Pakistani nationals maintaining their servers. The fact that they got leaked or hacked, after all their cheating, lying, cutting corners, dodging the laws, being sore losers & sowing division, encouraging rioting & looting, encouraging the harrassment of other members of government, making grandiose allegations etc, etc, etc.... they can all go to hell. I don't really care what happened to their servers. They basically asked for it this whole time. I don't care what the CIA or FBI said about the origin of those emails either, seeing as the FBI is full of criminals and both organizations are so blatantly biased (and they were before biased before Trump was ever president). Brennan and Comey are both huge sleezebags and a disgrace to the American system of law. Nobody even talks about how corrupt the IRS was under Obama anymore because they're such a small story now compared to the dirty FBI.
  15. You make a decent enough point, but to be honest, if Kaepernick wants to participate in the NFL and reap the rewards of playing in that country and in that league then he needs to get on board with the program. He's free to choose another line of work. Also, to say that the nation is forcing the NFL to make those players stand for the anthem is just an assumption. If the NFL didn't have an anthem at the beginning of the game there's a good chance that another league would own Sunday and the national football league would be long forgotten by now. Americans want the anthem. Patriotism is the glue that holds the nation together. Without that there's nothing making them a group, tribe, etc. Nothing to really love or believe in. Humans all need to believe in something. Call it a flaw if you want but it's in us all.
  16. OMG dude. You talk about "knowledge" and then you barf out CNN bafflegab like it's worthwhile commentary. When you watch CNN do you ever see a person talking and think to yourself "that guy is just a total moron"? Here's a quick question about a topic that made it's way through the various news cycles for a couple of years now, so you should have had lots of time to figure this one out. I just want to get a read on your level of understanding: If you see a talking head on CNN say that "Kaepernick is just exercising his freedom of speech" when he kneels during the anthem do you think they're correct or are they actually completely moronic?
  17. I'm not trying to insult you. Just trying to wake you up. Surely you must be able to understand at least some of what I said to you.
  18. Evidence was from his own texts with Lisa Page re: the start of the Russian collusion investigation. The is right from the first page of a Google search for "Peter Strzok no there there": https://opensociet.org/2018/07/25/in-russiagate-testimony-before-congress-fbi-attorney-page-admits-there-is-no-there-there/ Trump picked the same campaign finance manager that other Republicans used. Trump picked a slimy lawyer because he cheats on his wives and that's slimy. He paid for his own NDA because he wasn't elected yet: https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2018/08/in_case_you_forgot__congress_paid_17_million_in_hush_money_to_protect_politicians.html You see, Congressmen use money from a government slush fund for this kind of thing. And it is always regarding re-election. Is it reasonable to assume that Trump would spend a minute in jail just because he used his own money for this kind of thing? No, it's completely stupid. But that's where CNN is, and you just believe everything they say. When Trump bombed Assad for gassing civilians the first time CNN said that he was unhinged, about to start a huge war, etc. The second time that he did the exact same thing the people on CNN were literally trying to make the case that his administration lacked a clearly defined policy, as if to say that they didn't see the similarity between the two incidents. CNN viewers just nod in agreement, that's what they do. If Trump wants a wall they say that they don't need a wall, it's racist, it's too expensive, it doesn't work, etc. Their viewers don't fact check, they don't question a damn thing they're told, they just nod and regurgitate exactly what they heard on "the news". Walls actually do work. They're expensive, but it's more expensive to pay thousands of extra border agents for 50 years, to staff huge detention centres for illegals awaiting processing for that whole time, to have more ice agents working on tracking down illegals within the country, etc. They say things on CNN that are literally stupid all the time. In fact they rarely make any sense at all. Russian collusion is just another farce. FBI agents are losing or severely damaging their careers over this, and it's going to get worse for them before it gets better. If there is no proof Russian collusion then a lot of people will be up against the wall for what appears to be a lot of blatant lying to the FISA court.
  19. Hillary gave no answers. She said that she couldn't remember anything over and over because "she hit her head" during the Presidential campaign. She didn't seem unable to answer questions at the debates though. Hillary's people weren't even questioned under oath, most weren't even questioned at all, but the ones who were questioned were caught lying. Comey had her exoneration letter written months before he jumped the gun and cleared her all by himself when that decision was above his pay grade. Comey even had in his original statement that she was grossly negligent (felony) and changed the wording to "extremely careless", because the exact legal definition for the felony charge is "grossly negligent". Is destroying subpoenaed evidence worse than answering a question incorrectly while under oath Bubber?
  20. Do you honestly think that's what they're in jail for? Not even CNN is saying that, they're just letting you guess that's the case.
  21. Blah, blah, blah. If Mueller had evidence then did Strzok think that there wasn't a case to be made? He would know as well as anyone else. This is just like Duffygate in Canada. Hold a 3 year long bitch session, get all the msm behind it, and then when the election is over it all just magically disappears. They're telling the same lie enough times for it to seem like the truth to people with no BS filters. If Trump really colluded with Russia and there's really evidence I hope they get him. But the chance is about 0% imo. I've seen too much lying and malfeasance from the side that's making the claims. Slimy people getting slimy witnesses and sketchy informants to leak information and sign dirty deals to get their asses out of prison a bit sooner.
  22. Trump is being investigated for Russian collusion, which never happened according to all the evidence that’s in thus far. Manafort, Flynn and Cohen are indicted for things that had nothing to do with Trump. The only thing they have in common is that the FBI is bribing them with reduced sentences to get them to say things about Trump. 2 top members of the team that was assembled to find Trump crimes have been fired or demoted for malfeasance. There, now you’re up to speed.
  23. There was evidence of a crime before Hillary was ever investigated. Then Hillary and her people lied to the FBI. Then they destroyed evidence that had been subpoenaed. Then her husband “coincidentally” ended up on the same tarmac as Loretta Lynch two days before the end of her investigation but they just talked about their grand kids. You know which one of those things that I just said was lie? The part about the grand kids. Bill doesn’t even have any. You know what’s characteristic of your lot? Saying baa and believing everything you see on CNN.
  24. They’re not in jail for those things Bubber. It must be embarrassing for you to say words.
