Remember, 99% of newspapers and news agencies are Liberal Socialist rags to conservatives.

I'd like to see a poll done on how many people actually pay attention to and/or change their votes based on newspaper endorsements. Anyone that does is a fool... whether they choose Cons, Libs, NDP, Greens, Bloc, Indys... it doesn't matter. Research and come to your own conclusions.

You know, reading those provincial breakdowns, there are some wildly different numbers between those, Nanos, and EKOS. Alberta is relatively consistent, but other polls have showed NDP ahead or tied, or closer than that in Sask/Man. Ontario is quite different... Cons were previously shown to be way ahead of the Libs in 2nd...

One poll does not a trend make. Still within margin of error. Plus, you need to look into the numbers to figure out where that comes from. Here's where the NDP support dropped from the Apr 27 poll: Atlantic Canada: NDP lost 2.0%, but went from second to 1st. Cons gained 4.0%, Liberals lost 2.9% Ontario: NDP lost 1.6%... Libs lost 0.6%, Cons gained 1.9% Alberta: NDP lost 1.1%... Libs lost 1.0%, Cons lost 0.4% Everywhere else, the NDP either stayed steady or gained... including an impressive 3.3% gain in Sask/Man.

Conservatives with a small c. I'm including American ones with that.

You have to compare polling percentages with leadership/best PM polls. From that: 1. Everyone except delusional hardcore Liberal supports hate Ignatieff. 2. Tory supporters pretty much have a strong liking of Harper. 3. Most left-of-centre voters love Layton.

The only thing that I can determine is that your wife must make a good bit of money, and that since you don't work, you would irrationally fear her losing her job because you would lose your own support line since you don't support yourself. There are a lot of people like you out there, unfortunately.

The other night on the Daily Show, Ron Paul said that the Federal Reserve is purposely devaluing the US Dollar so they can repay the United States' debt to China, etc. with worthless dollars. Sigh.
