It always amazes me how politicians can point out all the faults of another party, but turn a blind eye, and deny any wrong doings by their party. I guess one must become totally indoctrinated to a party's agenda before you can run for office.

It won't happen because both the Liberals and NDP would fight it. It ain't politically correct, ya know. We tried for several years to get my cousin in Scotland into Canada. He is an electrical engineer, and we had a job lined up for him. He was refused because Canada was "committed to taking more immigrants from the 3rd world." I guess we needed more berry pickers instead of people with trades. He applied to go to Australia, and was accepted right away. I guess Australia had enough berry pickers.

Our system may not be perfect, but at least the woman was treated and not refused aany care because she didn't have the correct coverage.

I never believe polls. Poills are nototiously wrong. In the US, polls said Dubya would never win a second term, but he did. Polls in Canada said Trudeau was the most popular PM, but those polls were taken in Ontario only (which apparently meant the whole country felt that way). It is easy to say a politician is high in the polls if the only people polled are party members.

We need an ELECTED Senate, but Ontario, for some odd reason, opposes this.

Immigrants no longer integrate with other Canadians because the Liberals, in their years in power, told them they should keep their identities separate, and revel in their own culture. Doing otherwise wouldn't be politically correct, and if there is ANYTHING a Liberal fears, it is to be told they are NOT being politically correct.
