  1. Well then...try it! Turn your arms so that your forearms face behind you and run down your street.
  2. I understand Dr.Baden is very good at what he does, but he couldn't have been very thorough if Brown's lawyer is quoting (from Baden) "at least 6 shots". Shouldn't Baden know exactly how many shots hit him? Any one of us (minus Jacee) could look at a body and count an approximate number of bullet holes.
  3. That's highly doubtful! They want every minute detail about that incident.
  4. I think we can all agree that Brown (the gentle giant) was extremely aggressive that day.
  5. That's not always true! Sure, I do that! But as I said, not everybody does. Ive worked with guys who would smoke all day long and work just as hard. I know guys who actually do not function without weed. It's all about your tolerance level.
  6. That's what weed does to most of us, but I know a few guys that get quite hyper after smoking weed. That's said, I don't put any weight to the whole weed thing.
  7. There was that shooting in vancouver where the guy was clearly crawling on his hands and knees when the cops shot him. There was also a police shooting in Stanley park (I think it was) where the guy was no real threat, and lets not forget the airport tazering. They just have the use the "beaten spouse" excuse, "I was afraid for my life".
  8. No, I'll answer any question. I thought yours was rhetorical. If the cops events turn out to true, I hope he gets off. I hope the Black community accepts it and I hope they move forward. Racism will never be licked because white people can not fix the problem. Like any problem, the answers have to come from within.
  9. Black or white, if Brown turned and walked toward the sidewalk, he'd be alive today. Black or white, if you attack a police officer (reports are that he has a broken orbital bone), you're gonna pay the price. Or, with no evidence, we can just forget everything that makes sense and believe the "racist cop executes innocent black child" agenda - right?
  10. Hold your arms out in a taunting fashion and you get the same results. We'll have to see the path of the bullets before knowing anything for sure.
  11. BTW - Are we gonna have to start using the words "bad actors" and "bum-rushed" in popular culture now?
  12. I wanted to have some faith in this guy when I saw his earlier interviews, but he's clearly just another race baiting agitator. I don't believe for a second that the police planted 20 YO black men to cause trouble.
  13. Baden never inspected any clothes, he also has not seen any X-rays. BTW - Its the police saying that there was a struggle for the gun , it was the "witness/co-hoodlum" who said that Wilson shot him at close range from the car.
  14. 4 shots to the arm with a 9mm isn't going to stop you from running at a guy and it certainly won't bring you to the ground.
  15. I sometimes have to remind myself that I might be conversing with a 10 year old or somebody who is actually retarded.
  16. It's pretty obvious. Do you disagree?
  17. We can speak on the culture of the police force, but to question the black community is off limits? Maybe this is part of the problem. Have a look at the shootings over a long weekend in Chicago and tell there isn't a problem.
  18. Without sounding racist (which I'm not), the black community embraces the culture of aggression and intimidation. You see it everywhere from the poorest inner city people to the NBA/NFL players to the biggest hip hop stars like Fiddy, Snoop, Diddy. Changes in the black community have to begin in the black community. As the cop said last night, the police reacted to what was happening on the streets - these protesters were shooting at each other for christ sakes.
  19. If ballistics can show a bullet hole in the car, any residue on Brown or any DNA (scratch marks, hand bruising etc.) on Wilson, I wouldn't have to stretch my imagination too much to believe there was a struggle for the gun.
  20. If Brown at any time reached for a cop's gun, the all bets are off and that cop has to know his life is in danger.
  21. Reports also claim that he was shot in the back - he wasn't. Reports also claim that Wilson grabbed a 6'4"+ 300lb dude (by the neck) from sitting in a squad car - very improbable. Oh yeah, and if we believe the reports, he would've done this with his left hand. I don't think there is any cop (or any person) that would ever consider doing this.
  22. Assuming they are. Having a police car slow down and tell people to get off the road is not really mistreatment. Police do that all the time, I've had it happen to me. I think the initial contact was probably innocent, I think Wilson soon suspected something and I think Brown overrated - then all hell broke loose.
  23. Anyone who saw "The Hangover" knows that.
  24. Baden didn't inspect his clothing.
  25. Do we know what calibre of gun was used? I suspect 9mm due to the amount of shots it took to bring him down. This is where I think a .45 is better gun, one shot to the arm area and he likely would stopped. At any rate, my take on the wounds is that his arms may have been outstretched (in the way that one does while challenging an opponent), a few shots hit his right arm - he keeps coming, one hits his eye - his head drops and the final one goes through the top of his head. If he had his arms up, that right arm would dropped as soon as that first shot hit his arm (even with a 9mm) - therefore, I don't think his arms were up at all
