  1. Because it's a prefix. I call heterosexuals "heteros" too. Does that bother you too? BTW - You never did tell me how I was twisting into knots in the other thread, so....Let's hear it.
  2. It's encouraging to me that I posed a question 2 1/2 hours ago and nobody has fessed up to hating Christians.
  3. So, If we are allowed to claim that we hate Christianity, but don't hate Christians, why are people who are opposed to homosexuality accused of hating homos?
  4. I agree completely! Michael must be a real downer at parties.
  5. I'm sure you love the appointment of this judge.
  6. So, if you can hate of dislike religion based on a common philosophy that most seem to display, and you can dislike some people based on how they represent or live their lives based on that religion, but not actual individuals of a religious faith, wouldn't it be fair to assume that someone can legitimately dislike homosexuality and/or the actions of some homosexuals without hating homosexuals in general?
  7. If someone who is clearly gay walks in and asks for a birthday cake, they would leave with a birthday cake. That fact has already been established by every baker currently facing the wrath of the gays.
  8. It doesn't have to be a sin for a person to not want to create it. It wouldn't be a sin for a Jewish baker to design a Hitler cake, but it would be offensive to the baker. And, knowing that, most people (even Nazis) wouldn't stoop to insisting. The gays however,...would.
  9. So, you'd agree that you hate individuals, but not necessarily Christians? You can hate Muslims or Jews for the exact same things as Christians, but not because they are Muslims, Jews or Christians - right? You always come across as a person who hates Christians, I guess that's not accurate.
  10. I know what you're saying, I've seen it too. Sometimes I see a kid of 3, 4 or 5 and I just know that kid is gay AF.
  11. Just a quick question; Are there any people here who hate or revile Christians?
  12. In some countries that line has become blurred.
  13. Seriously dude? None of these cases came about organically, They went to that bakery in the hopes of being refused, then suing on behalf of the LGBT24R+=DFGHJGFTYH community. It takes an IQ of about 46 to figure that out. You think they just stumbled into that bakery without knowing the game? That was an ambush - plain and simple. I think I read that the other Lesbians traveled 150 miles and passed 50 odd bakeries before they happened upon the Christian bakery. It's so transparent, that it would take a complete fool to NOT see it.
  14. Oh, please! You can't really be that naive.
  15. Would you seek out a company in the expectation/hopes that they refuse you a service? Not even you would do that! This whole Gay wedding cake thing has been going on long enough that every Lesbian in the country knows exactly what they're doing. They're antagonists, nothing more. This isn't about cake, never has been!
  16. Well, I'm glad you asked ...because YES, I DO.
  17. BTW - We all have places that don't service what we may want for a variety of reasons, but only the lesbians would seek it out and sue over it.
  18. Well, Duh! Of course it's because of her religion - that's never been in doubt. And, if she wasn't Christian, there's no way that this lesbian couple would've even asked for a wedding cake.
  19. Refusing A service! You still don't see the difference huh?
  20. How so? I made that post over an hour ago, surely if it didn't make common sense, somebody would've come forward with a concrete argument. Maybe you can explain where I'm wrong.
  21. It's illegal to discriminate against a person or group of people - but that was not done here. The baker discriminated against an idea or personal belief. It's not illegal to discriminate against an idea, we do all the time, all of us, with every decision we make. We discriminate against the Leafs or Canucks, we discriminate against country music, gospel or rap, we can discriminate against Chevy or Ford, and especially Dodge!. A person can choose what services they offer or refuse to offer, they can't refuse service of a person or group based on discrimination.
  22. No, they bake specialty item for certain occasions and have chosen what occasions those are. They are not discriminating against any person.
  23. No, they are refusing a service - plain and simple. If a straight person asked for a gay wedding cake, they'd get the same answer.
  24. Because they're not refusing service, they're refusing a service - big difference
