The rules are in place for certain reasons, primarily the safety of children, also the comfort of those who don't care to see naked people at the public pool. I agree with the rule. Were not talking about having naked pictures of your own kids, or private settings. If a person possesses pictures of naked pubescent children taken at a public pool, school or park, then that should be OK. Right? If a child is allowed to be naked in public, how can possessing pictures of that naked child be illegal?
