Agreed. Governor Covid err Cuomo and Newsome have definitely been huge morons. It’s probably why their states have been covid disasters.

A just heard the other day that the states of Texas and Mississippi have decided to end all restrictions on Covid. The Covid restrictions are all gone now and the citizen's of those those two states are free of their many restrictions that pretty much made many people's lives miserable as hell and that took away many freedoms that people lost for over a year now because of this China virus. No more mask wearing, no more social distancing, and no more lock downs. Texas and Mississippi are now open for business once again and the citizen's of those two states are once again free from all Covid restrictions. And I believe that there will be many more states that soon will follow. They may be forced to do so. Great! Of course all the governors of the many democratic states are all pissed off about this. Some of them are now predicting doom and gloom for those states. Go away fools. What they are probably more concerned about now is that they just may start to lose their dictatorial tyranny of power and control over their citizen's and that must be quite terrifying for them. They no doubt are all now in a state of fear and panic over losing their grip on their citizen's. So sad for them. Now they will be forced to have to quit trying to make people's lives as miserable as hell as they have been doing for over a year now. Praise the Lord. LOL. So, I wonder as to how long it will be before we start to see some of our dear provincial leaders will decide that they may just have to get rid of all of their Covid restrictions very soon and allow we the people to get back to our old normal lives and freedoms that we lost well over a year ago? Somehow, I do not believe that they are ready or willing to want to give up their dictatorial powers and control just yet over we the Canadian people. It must be hard for a dictator to want to give up their power and control over the people. This cannot go on any longer. Summer is coming and there will be no way that people by then will still want to have to live the life that they have been living for over a year any longer. Freedom yearns and freedom will come. It is just a matter of time. The spill over from the states that have eliminated Covid restrictions will eventually have to come to Canada. The demand will come for freedom and the demand to get back to normal. I am well looking forward to that day when it finally arrives here. Hopefully, my suffering from Covid fatigue will soon end.

You need to learn that there is a distinction between a group being disapproved of due to their behaviour or because of their race. For example, I would rather bring over ten thousand Lebanese Christians than two thousand Lebanese Muslims. Same goes for Iraqis and Egyptians.

It wasn't said that nobody got interviews, just that the great majority didn't. Maybe they decided people from Russia needed to be interviewed. I dunno. Your view of the middle east is naive, though. Almost all of them have disrespect for other religions and cultures and little tolerance for equality. Their religion tells them so, and all the polls from that region tell us the same. Furthermore, studies done by the government show immigrants from that region earn half or less what immigrants from other places like India, the Philippines, and Europe earn. So why not just ignore that region? We don't owe them anything. Yes, there are exceptions to the above, but we're not required to care about them. Immigration should be strictly about what is good for Canada.

Most Covid PCR tests have been found out to be very unreliable. No doubt in some cases the numbers were fabricated to make things appear worse than what they really were just to keep this convid job going.

You're purposely excluding Florida and New York. Texas and Florida have done a better job, and haven't destroyed their economies the way California and New York have. They also haven't destroyed children's lives the way California and New York have by keeping in person schools closed for a year.

Immigrating to a country is a privilege, not a right. It's up to Canadians to determine who should be allowed to come here, not up to the U.N. or some globalist ideology. All countries in the world set their own criteria as to who immigrates to their country. It is their right to protect their country in the way they wish. That's why countries have borders. Liberals and left have forgotten this.

Marxism is anti-religion and seeks to abolish all religion including belief in God and the Bible. This is exactly why Communist China imprisoned a million or more people and is committing human rights violations against them. It is an attempt to abolish any and every religion because it is a threat to Communism or Marxism. Marxism also does not work in reality and never has because man does not work or think that way. Human nature is such that those who are in control look after themselves and their relatives and friends first, and forget everyone else.

Vaccine and drug regulators usually err on the side of caution - primum non nocere, first do no harm - and they get absolutely hammered if they cut any corners. A pandemic where new products are appearing at an unusually rapid rate is not what they are set up to deal with. However, the evidence on the efficacy of the AZ vaccine in seniors seems solid enough now and the Germans are happy to move ahead with it.

Come on Johnny, give us a break, these are not small mistakes but huge gaffs, and scandals, more than any other PM in history...and they are not to be wiped away because we all make a few mistakes, these are the leaders of the nation, and we expect more from them, they are paid very well not to make mistakes, they surround themselves with subject matter experts so they make sound decisions and not mistakes. It is this type of thinking and response that show where your moral values are. Take a minute Johnny, and tell us all what has the liberals done in regards to climate change, equal rights, indigenous issues. I know they have made lots of promises it is what they do, here is a novel idea, lets vote for a party that actually puts promises to paper and takes some action. So in closing these are the same people (liberals or the left side of the house) that have their hands out singing show me the money, and can not understand that nothing is free and it all has a price, more services , calls for more taxes, or higher deficit which someone has to eventually pay down, and that starts with your generation....Other people who are fiscal responsible, and have paid their own way in life, who want less government, less taxes, less services and don't want a drama teacher spending more than 400 bil in just over a year so you can have a few dollars in your pocket. They vote for the right... Last rant, the fossil fuel sector which has been attributing a large portion of this nations GDP, paying a large chunk of all those social programs you love and is under extreme pressure to reduce drastically it activities, and when that happens , something is going to have to replace that source of income , and today there is nothing in the wings that can do that ,the only option is taxes

I think people are just more inline with what the Liberal Government is about, not really caring about the errors and such since we all make mistakes in life, most feel it is a waste of time dwelling on them for weeks at a time. When the younger generation wants social issues, climate change, equal rights, and indigenous peoples issues to be addressed they vote Liberal. These same people are less interested in cutting taxes and services and are not focused on the western Canadian energy sector.
