That person LIED on their application knowing full well they did not meet the requirements to enter this privately funded competition. That is the bottom line. The pageant is ostensibly about exterior physical beauty, not sexual gratification. If you're not attracted to her, use the picture of another contestant for your 'gratification'. Hormone therapy won't let a female grow male reproductive organs, or vice versa, that can only be done with surgery. Yes, people can be modified, altering their body chemistry, adding and removing various organs, to make some kind of mutilated being that can call themselves the other gender. But it is no more than that, a mutilation. Now, people can do what they want to themselves, they have that freedom in our society. But the rest of us have the freedom to consider or not to consider these surgically modified entities to be the gender they claim to be. Quote

The pics I've seen of this girl. You wouldn't be able to tell he/she was a male unless you had a closer look or he/she told you. I guess in a purely beauty/body/personality competition her gender of birth gives her no advantage. BUT transgendered people have tried to compete in women's sports where their genetics do give him/her an advantage. Quote
