The terms of the MOU were vague anyhow, on any enforceable mechanisms here and neither Israel or Hezbollah are part of the MOU. This was always an absurdity of the MOU, we should never agreed to it to begin with, but this is a poison pill insisted upon by Iran and violated by Hezbollah.
