According to her lawyer's statement, and her admission at CNN, Carroll "forgot" about the fact that her legal bills were being paid by someone else. 

FYI that's an extremely major thing. She found out just recently that someone is giving her tens of thousands of dollars worth of funding, and "she forgot". That's like saying that she forgot that she bought a sailboat 4 months ago.

That means that she's either a liar, or she's at the point where she needs someone to get a Power of Attorney to manage her affairs for her. In either case, she's not someone whose memory recall from 30-ish years ago can be relied as the ONLY evidence of a r4pe.
