It's been used in the US before (twice I think) but it's worthy of a hard look at the federal level when you start seeing it tossed around on the streets of NYC. I won't comment on that aspect of it further but if interested you can easily find out what it was and its component ingredients; and maybe you should, more of it is coming your way and you were repeatedly warned that it would.
