But most of the people that entered the US illegally happen to be non-whites do they not?  And of those people, most of them are Hispanic. And therefore, it stands to reason that the majority of people that ICE is looking for would be....Hispanic.

How can that be considered racial profiling when the actual statistics show that the group of illegals is primarily Hispanic people?
