US are paying with old weapons from our stockpile that need to be replaced in any case.

We are getting Ukraine to destroy Russia's military with NO US CASUALITIES which is a BARGAIN.

No foreign aid comes out of a presidents pocket obviously. The goal of degrading the Russian military is risky because there is a strong possibility that this conflict will spread.
