Fluffypants Posted August 14, 2025 Report Posted August 14, 2025 Many Red states are now putting restrictions on what you can buy on food stamps and the lazy people are crashing out over it (mostly the fat asses with 5 kids with 5 different baby daddies) Funny thing is you can can buy all the components of "snacks" on food stamps, you just need to do a little work to make those items into snacks. 3 Quote
robosmith Posted August 14, 2025 Report Posted August 14, 2025 (edited) @Fluffypants you forgot to post ANY EVIDENCE for your lame CLIAMS. At least, if true, this policy makes sense from a health perspective, but YOUR insinuation that people on welfare are just "lazy" is IGNORANT and unsubstantiated. Shady Posted August 14, 2025 Report Posted August 14, 2025 It's about time. Every state should implement that policy. Quote

If you really cared about people you’d support them eating better quality food. But there’s an easy way to avoid these new rules. Get a job and pay for your own food. Quote

As I said, I support people eating better quality food, but the thing YOU DON'T KNOW is that it's difficult for SOME, esp those who can't afford a car. Have you ever heard of a food desert, where it's much easier to buy crap processed food like chips and soda than fresh vegetables? I visited Kathmandu a few years ago, and there were food deserts everywhere that I traveled in that city. It's like that in inner city slums HERE. Quote

There is NO ARGUMENT there. It is just a childish tantrum thrown by a guy who was called out for his dishonest deflection. The people who are in survival mode are generally incapable of such nuance like you. Quote
