Trumps claims against DEI are not based on speech, but the illegal implimentations of it that is rooted in racism and discrimination and the FCC has always been in the business of "viewpoint diversity" because they are the public airways. Right or wrong, this is nothing new with Trump tryint to censor anyone or anything and the usual vague language of the FCC and their existence.
