The unborn child has long been considered to be a human life with a right to life.

This is a fairly easy logic problem.  There are religious or political answers but from a logic point of view this is not complex. 

Define what a human being is. What makes a human being a human being. We can apply that and see if it fits. 

Think carefully, i'll make you look like an !diot if you say something stupid like "moving 6 inches down a birth canal" or the like   But there must be a definition, so lets hear it. what distinguishes a human being from just a lump of cells?
