People that refuse to try sushi because of raw fish, people who refuse to try Indian cuisine because it smells funny, people who won't try lamb because they're so cute when they're little. or goat. The jerk that has to ask what it's made out of at the Chinese buffet. The ones that claim they're "allergic" to a dish that no one's ever even heard of an allergy to.
