STILL, the founders wouldn't have written it the way you degenerates interpret it, and I'm sure that isn't what the Amenders had in mind, either, which is why that Amendment needs to be revisited.

Its hypothetically easier to spend tens of billions of dollars on a wall that does very little rather than actually pass a bill to reform the administrative problems that have plagued the immigration system for decades.
