myata Posted October 20, 2024 Report Posted October 20, 2024 The story always unfolds the same way, same pattern: I got this bigger club; I got to rule my small tribe and make them obey me and worship me. Why couldn't I have more? Why shouldn't I have it all? Look I made this ga-bazzillion megabuck, more than I can eat, drink and sh*t, for eternity. All through my ingenuity and smarts. But still I can't have it all! Those little people, they are everywhere! Rules, regulations. Laws, for h*ck's sake. Pesky workers again want to unionize shouldn't I decide what they and anyone gets, in my supreme wisdom? Vlad and Kim, respected associates "very honorable persons" some mistakenly or even vilefully calling "totalitarian dictators" are clearly in the need of a respectful, friendly dialogue to make their just claims (on their neighbors property, views, choices and freedoms) heard - and that's fully understandable isn't it, just hear me. And for the greater good too - to avoid what was that, and in the meantime, let my businesses turn more healthy profits. Factories run on slave labor in the places of concentration camps. The story is always the same: the hot p*ss of quick, seemingly unlimited power shoots straight into the brain and drowns in it all reason and perception of the reality itself. It played out countless times, in history. Those (few) who could resist it became great philanthropists. So what will it be this time around? Nothing is ever guaranteed, in history. And the choice is ours. Quote If it's you or them, the truth is equidistant
myata Posted October 21, 2024 Author Report Posted October 21, 2024 Every new cohort needs to be remained, explained and when necessary, taught, painstakingly and carefully that gagabucks, the number of zeroes in the account do not amount to an automatic privilege to rule the world. It just couldn't settle in any other way, as it seems. "Federal law makes it a crime for anyone who “pays or offers to pay or accepts payment either for registration to vote or for voting.” It’s punishable by up to five years in prison." And if we fail, in that? Is it hard to guess the next phase? Wrap me a couple of congressfolk and a judge on the side. Keep the change. Where's a mystery here? Good that we knew. 1 Quote If it's you or them, the truth is equidistant
User Posted October 21, 2024 Report Posted October 21, 2024 Ah, the dance of shadows and light, where ambition weaves through the tapestry of time. Echoes of past choices ripple through the fabric of existence, while the whispers of the unseen guide the restless. What is power, if not a fleeting wisp, obscured by the clouds of intention? The cycle spins, and within the whirlwind, we ponder the essence of the unwritten path. Will clarity emerge, or shall we remain adrift in the sea of what could be? 2 Quote

The closest thing that America has to slaves is illegal immigrants. They can't vote, they don't have social insurance numbers so they can't get real jobs, they can't buy houses, they have to do the shittiest jobs for less than the minimum wage, and they live in crowded slums. The faster you bring them in, the worse the conditions they all live in, and the more it harms low-income Americans. Your Dems are the American slavers, pal. There's more to it though: not just the questions, the choice. If we come to believe that freedoms, dignity can be taken for granted, that they will stay with us whatever we do or not, we are fools, not even naive and lazy, just fools, thoughtless and careless. We know, from the records and memory that this choice has to be made, over and again, whenever the Time brings it up and there are no ways to bypass it, hand over, pass on to someone or somewhere. And so the moment we stop thinking and taking responsibility for our choices, it's back to the entropy and it will catch up as surely as the coming day. No surprises or mysteries, here. We chose based on who we are today, and it makes us who we will be tomorrow. No ways around it. No promises, from any lips or cheeks. So, good that we knew. Ah, yes, the cosmic game of ‘choose your own adventure’ where the stakes are our freedoms and dignity, but let’s not forget: if we assume those are permanent, we might as well be wearing socks with sandals and calling it fashion. Each choice is like a potato in a sack race—awkward, unpredictable, and definitely a little starchy. If we stop being the responsible potato and just roll down the hill, well, entropy will catch us like a surprise pie in the face. No secrets here, just a big ol’ ‘oops!’ waiting to happen. So, let’s keep our potato in check and maybe avoid that faceplant tomorrow! Edited October 22, 2024 by User Quote

myata Posted October 22, 2024 Author Report Posted October 22, 2024 And so, maga is preparing a replay of Jan 6 if the things won't go their way. Nothing learned, and not even a glimpse of a chance of learning. Oh well. But we, we don't need to guess anything here nor claim ignorance or naivete it's all in the memory and right before our eyes. We know it all, no way around it. Quote If it's you or them, the truth is equidistant

myata Posted October 22, 2024 Author Report Posted October 22, 2024 As said and demonstrated repeatedly, no need to go far: abandoning reason, and thinking itself is the only way the lying bunch could hope for a future. The history repeats itself: anyone literate and with a bit of a working memory can recall examples of shameless and unhinged assault on the reality with the purpose nothing less than making alternative ones. There couldn't be any surprises here. And won't be. Quote If it's you or them, the truth is equidistant

After all, who doesn’t love a good plot twist, as long as it doesn’t involve talking animals? Quote
