Gaétan Posted September 25, 2024 Report Posted September 25, 2024 Osteoarthritis pain fades when resting, arthritis pain fades when you move. Osteoarthritis is caused by an overly acidic diet and stress that acidify the body, arthritis by toxic products in the body that come from food, products in contact with our skin, the polluted air we breathe, waste not eliminated from the body that ends up poisoning us and triggering an immune and inflammatory response. To remedy osteoarthritis, you must deacidify yourself by eating more vegetables and fruits and avoid overly acidifying foods such as cheese and dairy products, red meat, and use products such as glucosamine and chondroitin to promote cartilage regeneration. In the case of arthritis, you must detoxify yourself by avoiding toxic products and using plants. Painkillers like wintergreen essential oil, arnica cream and white willow can be used for pain while waiting for the detoxification and deacidification and cartilage regeneration work to be done. Doctors won't tell you that, they'll prescribe painkillers that will mess up your system and make your situation worse. Pharmaceutical painkillers, temporary pain only, chronic disease beware of the dangers. Quote

Look for someone who advertises that they are trained in and practice integrative medicine. In conventional education, and MD only receives a few hours of training on nutrition and diet, and most of that is (or at least was) related to scurvy, rickets, beriberi, pallagra, etc. NONE related to arthritis, cancer, or any of the myriad of diseases that make big pharma billions every day. herbie Posted November 2, 2024 Report Posted November 2, 2024 THC is at least as effective for pain as CBD. The balm I got has both. I know dozens of seniors here that swear by it. Quote
eyeball Posted November 3, 2024 Report Posted November 3, 2024 I usually get by with a Magic-bag and a microwave but I'll give it a whirl. Quote A government without public oversight is like a nuclear plant without lead shielding.
herbie Posted November 3, 2024 Report Posted November 3, 2024 Used to be on the Board of a Seniors Society and showed up with a cane after my back flared up. It was hilarious that one by one all the other members but one met me in the hall to say: "Don't tell anyone I said this but So and So sells this marijuana arthritis balm..." I scored some a couple days before... put the cane away a weel or so later, haven't used it since. My own doctor told me "You grew up in the 1960s you knew damn well THC kills pain long before you even heard of CBD" Yep, played several more downs before I realized I had a broken bone in my foot when I was in my mid 20s...
