So you look at track record. Biden's is terrible .  Kamala's is largely non existant and where she WAS given tasks she failed. Her past track record was not great. She sucked her way to the top and then made a living locking up black people for minor drug offenses. Not much there recommends her for President. 

Trumps track record s decent. He presided over a decent economy, made decent improvements in foreign policy and kept wars from breaking out, did some middle east peace stuff which was impressive, etc. Nothing to get TOO excited about, not the best in history like he claims but decent.

Did you read those laws? I have. The Presidential Records Act makes it very clear that ALL documents belonging to the Government must be returned to the Government. 

“The term "Presidential records" means documentary materials, or any reasonably segregable portion thereof, created or received by the President, the President’s immediate staff, or a unit or individual of the Executive Office of the President whose function is to advise or assist the President, in the course of conducting activities which relate to or have an effect upon the carrying out of the constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President. ”

Well you have to remember that the left is largely about feelings. They don't like it that there are poor people in the world, so they want to pass laws and do things so that there are no poor people.

That's actually very kind-hearted and laudable from a humanitarian point of view. However factually there's no way to make that happen in a practical sense. But you can mitigate the problem. The left however doesn't look at the logic of it they just look at the fact they don't want there to ever be a poor person and any course of action or line of reasoning that still includes poor people is unacceptable to them.

And it's the same with gay or transgender rights, racial issues and so on. They literally want to live in a world where no black person ever has their feelings hurt. Of course that's not possible or even desirable as humans need some adversity in order to grow. But the fax do not matter to them.

Once you are "Unburdened by facts that have been"  then you can say or think or insist on anything. "flap your arms and fly to the moon you racist,  I insist!"
