Georgia: America's Quebec

Mississippi and Louisiana apparently have larger proportions of black people. But it seems to me that Georgia (with Atlanta) has become the African state in the new world.

The colour of one's skin - like a person's height - is different from language or religion.

By the way, I agree with the skin color thing. Every year, tourists flock to Florida and spend a ton of money and risk skin cancer just to turn their skin the shade of Moroccans. The suntan doesn't change who they are or how they act.

Put another way, Thomas  Sowell is the exact OPPOSITE of Jesse Jackson, even though both are Negroes.

Georgia is 38% Protestant Evangelical,  increasing year over year

and 50% of the population in Georgia voted for Donald Trump

I have been to a few other US cities. In Atlanta, I sensed that blacks ran the show.

A new version of Africa.

I object to the US federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 because it interfered in private affairs, and state rights.

In 1967, our federal justice minister explained this better.
