August1991
I reckon that Toronto is to Montreal what Singapore is to Hongkong To work well, society requires order. Edited March 2 by August1991
Perspektiv
Hong Kong is the epitome of order since China's crackdown on it. We were recently there, and I literally felt like I could carry a stack of cash, and nobody would bother me. Say what one may say about it, but they have infrastructure that would bring shame to the west.

Hong kong is a good model for public transportation. Not so sure about policy in general. I have never used a more reliable bus and subway system anywhere else in the world. SpankyMcFarland
Hong Kong under Xi lacks error control. What company there is going to criticize how the place is run any more? Which gives Singapore a massive advantage.
