Leftists have ignored that and shoved it to the backburner this whole time, but isn't it bad when Joe Biden is representing Chinese interests? I'm not sure they can make the felony case on this (individual acts are misdemeanors) nor that a conviction would result in jail time. This one is very small potatoes compared to the attempted coup and whatnot. He is trying to use a legal theory never tested on something so minuscule and almost impossible to prove intent. Oh no he paid off a porn star that was extorting him so she didn't go the press.
