conviction soon. jail time... eventually.

Just out of curiosity, what do you make of the fact that the Bidens pulled in $8M from their dealings with the Chinese gov't and over $10M from Ukrainians, and there are now two people testifying that Hunter Biden's work was not a valuable consideration in all that?

Leftists have ignored that and shoved it to the backburner this whole time, but isn't it bad when Joe Biden is representing Chinese interests? Isn't that far worse than anything that trump has ever done?

How does "Trump over-valued his properties when he applied for loans" compare to "Dealings with agents of the Chinese gov't put $8M into Biden bank accounts"?

Pretend that they are both true, which is worse?

Do you have reason to believe that either is false? Evidence?

Pre-emptive strike: the fact that "CNN ignores that story" doesn't constitute 'evidence'. Sorry, gz.

I'm not sure they can make the felony case on this (individual acts are misdemeanors) nor that a conviction would result in jail time. This one is very small potatoes compared to the attempted coup and whatnot.

Yes, the presumptive nominee of the party of family values/party of law and order party definitely committed a crime when he cooked the books to hide hush money payments for his adulterous adventures with porn stars, but I don't think he'll go to prison for it

Even IF Hunter Biden was being paid for "influence," that is NOT EVIDENCE that Joe was INFLUENCED to do ANYTHING.

Sorry wcm. you got BUPKIS. You can't name ONE THING that Joe did to "represent Chinese interests" and your Ukraine claim has been shot full holes several times HERE. You CHOOSING to believe ONE allegation over another does not make the ONE YOU CHOOSE definitive evidence.

"Biden bank accounts" LMAO

He could be jailed during the Trial if he causes any problems before it or during it;  which are traceable to him in any way, a fact his attorneys need to remind him of.

The hush money case? Really? There is a reason Bragg didn't attempt to prosecute this, its a loser.

He is trying to use a legal theory never tested on something so minuscule and almost impossible to prove intent. Oh no he paid off a porn star that was extorting him so she didn't go the press. I am trying to figure out how that is illegal. The law he is claiming he broke's statute of limitations was up long ago.
