Telling them to go to the Capitol and peacefully protest is not the same as telling them to smash the windows and enter the Capitol and occupy the chamber while pooing on Pelosi's desk.

If you tell people to go to Parliament Hill and peacefully protest and they should fight to end injustice against indigenous people they aren't going to put you in in jail if they burn down the Parliament buildings, even if you didn't tell them to stop.

That's pretty disingenuous. "Go there right now and stop the process that is underway right now or you won't have a country," is explicit in every sense of the word. 

He didn't tell then to attack the police or smash the doors, but for people who fell for his con, violence is a pretty reasonable response to what he positioned as an existential crisis. 

That's 100% why it happened. If he had given a more moderate speech there would have been no attack on the capitol.

Well, if the evidence of widespread voter fraud existed, then the Republican-run states of AZ, PA, and GA would have acted on it and the Republican  Supreme Court would have acted on it and many of the Trump-appointed Federal judges would have acted on it.  
 

AND, Trump attorney John Eastman wouldn’t be facing criminal charges based on a recording in which he said that he knew that at least some of the claims of voter fraud he made in a court filing were untrue. Yeah, Trump’s lead lawyer said on tape that he knew the claims of voter fraud were made up.  That’s what Trump’s inside confidant said.  Not me, Eastman.

You’re still waiting for evidence that the 2020 election was “stolen”? 
So if all of those court cases and recounts and audits didn’t produce any evidence, what makes you think there’s any evidence to be had?

Trump promised to release a 100 page report last week:

”A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete & will be presented by me at a major News Conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday of next week in Bedminster, New Jersey,” Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social. “Based on the results of this CONCLUSIVE Report, all charges should be dropped against me & others — There will be a complete EXONERATION!”

…and then he didn’t release his report. Kinda like the taxes he promised to release and didn’t release. Or the health care plan he promised to unveil but never did.  Or his Top Secret One Day Ukraine peace plan which nobody’s seen.
