Talk about the casualties of January 6.

How many people did MAGA shoot and kill that day?

Just the one.  Ashli Babbitt.  But who cares?  It's a shame it didn't start a chain reaction that resulted in half the knuckledragging magachuds there getting blown away.

It would have saved the DoJ some money, and nobody would have missed them.

It's none, not "one" you stupid pronoun slut.

See, after watching the video tapes, it's obvious there was no insurrection, just tools like yourself trying to make something out of nothing.

Trump is going to beat every charge you woketards come up with and then he'll be back in his rightful place as President of the United States.

Please be here when this happens, as I will be rubbing that fact in your face every single day. ;)

If five people rob a bank and the robbery was caught on video tape, you’d show us the tape of the back door of the bank, where nothing happened, and try to convince us that the bank was not robbed.  Or you’d show us footage of a different bank.

It’s not about what didn’t happen, it’s about what did happen.

The hard part is Trump didn't explicitly or really even implicitly "send" anyone to cause violence or vandalism.  He just riled up a mob and got them angry, and then they went off and did that stuff.

I don't know what exact charge they're most likely to get a guilty verdict on him.  He definitely lied and conned and tried to undermine the democratic process, and pressured the Georgia officlal, and also Pence to do illegal things.

It really sounds like you haven't heard or read the speeches that were prelude to the attack on the Capitol.

He explicitly told them where to go: to the Capitol.

He explicitly told them when to go: right now.

He explicitly told them to "stop the steal."

The only point of equivocation is whether you believe, in combination with the explicit instructions and months of lies and priming, whether a reasonable person would expect that crowd to turn violent when he told them as he was wrapping up his speech, "And we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore."

I think it's hard to argue that a reasonable person wouldn't expect violence from that crowd in those circumstances given those instructions.

it's really not accurate to say that he riled them up and then they just decided what to do on their own. He explicitly told them when, where, what, and why. And he AT LEAST implicitly told them how, that they needed to fight against an existential crisis in this exact moment.

And there is MORE to it than ^this. He knew they were armed and "his people," according to sworn testimony by WH insiders.

And he COULD have stopped them once the violence was obvious, as PROVEN by what happened when he told them to "go home" hours later, AFTER the insurrection FAILED.

Of course, right wingers here have a lot of trouble understanding such complex multi-step evidence even when it is spoon fed to them. ?

Yes, that's all true. We also saw in multiple court cases that those attacking the Capitol believed they were doing exactly what a Trump asked of them.

Sure, they're kooks, but he helped make them that way and they received his not-so-subtle signals loud and clear.

"We will fight for equal women's rights and we won't stop fighting!"

So every protestor who utters the word "fight" is now in trouble for inciting violence?

Trump also said that  "I know everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol to peacefully and patriotically have our voices heard."

Maybe he wanted them to get violent. And didn't tell them to stop quickly enough. But he never told them to do anything violent.

“He didn’t tell them to stop quickly enough.”

Yeah. There was three solid hours of violence before he called them off.

No, during the 3+ hours of violence, Nancy Pelosi did try to get National Guard support and Donald Trump didn’t make one single phone call.

Irrelevant.

There was no insurrection, just dumbshits walking through the halls - in some cases it looks some were even being escorted - I'll bet every single one of them were left-wing cultists dressed up like MAGA.

That's because Trump told his people to assemble peacefully. He had no idea that scumbag democrat operatives would dress up like MAGA to try and whip the crowd into a mindless frenzy.

If Trump is going to beat every charge, why is he filing motions to delay his trials by two and a half years?

If he’s innocent, why not just start the trials and win? Wouldn’t that be great for his campaign?

Yeah, but next Monday will see a major reversal in those fortunes!

A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete & will be presented by me at a major News Conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday of next week in Bedminster, New Jersey. Based on the results of this CONCLUSIVE Report, all charges should be dropped against me & others - There will be a complete EXONERATION! They never went after those that Rigged the Election. They only went after those that fought to find the RIGGERS!

This must be the Kraken that the cult has been touting for so long.  Obviously Trump will be back in the White House by next Friday.

Aaaawwww...  He's cancelled it.

What a disappointment!  No Krakens.

I guess he couldn't find any RIGGERS!

Because he's campaigning for the US presidency, not the United Banana Republics. He doesn't have time for your leftist bullshit.

Once he gets back into office, he'll get back to draining the swamp - I'm hoping he'll bring Vivek Ramaswamy on as VP. He seems to know exactly what to do.

Oh, the riggers are out there; it just hasn't been proven yet.

See, even a stunted pervert like you can't deny that Joe Biden's greatest weakness is between his ears; this guy can barely wipe his own ass, much less walk anywhere without his entire staff holding their breath.

Even if the truth never does come out, we all will know that you scumbags pulled a fast one on the nation - it's a f*cking shame, really.

Can I assume from this post that you acknowledge your error? That indeed, Trump did not simply get the crowd riled up and they decided on their own to go do things? That he explicitly directed them where to go, when to go, and set their objective?

And that at best one might quibble about what a reasonable person would interpret as the desired level of force?

A far, far cry from your description of events.

Well, 900 people have been convicted in court, including four on charges of seditious conspiracy. So the law and facts do not support your lies and your delusions.

You mean 900 people were wrongfully accused and should be exonerated immediately.

I agree.
