The Speaker of the House has no command authority over the US military.  The US military is not used on U.S. soil; it’s incredibly rare to call them out. Bush was very reluctant to deploy them even after Hurricane Katrina.  
 

And the election was not stolen. There was no widespread voter fraud. Hugo Chavez didn’t rig the voting computers.
