Are warning points with you forever ?

Just curious if this 1 warning point I got back in 2019 for using bad language will ever be removed.

Shouldn't these be like speeding tickets; where they disappear in 2 years and you don't see an increase in the fine you pay, once they are gone?

You can petition for removal after 20 years good behaviour.

They really don't matter anymore.  The forum doesn't have a moderator and the forum administrator is at best uninterested.

I guess I shouldn't look under my profile anymore, unless I want to be reminded of what a bad boy I was in my younger days.

I can still see the warning points given me by MH. One was for "image trolling", whatever that is. I posted a picture and he doesn't like the use of images, so he invented that word.

The other was for my use of the phrase "these brown people are fools". He was offended by that. "You cannot call all brown people fools."

Every time I see those points they remind me to say, thanks god, he is no longer moderator.

Man, don't take things so personally... I didn't invent the rules or the wording.  Honestly, I was surprised that you've been around that long.

There are a number of features that can be tied into the warning points. 

We've never used them before (other than letting them stack up over the years), but I'm open to the idea, and exploring the use to auto-moderate specific forums/posts.
