You are correct. No one has to "prove" their accusations. If people choose not to support their accusations, that is their prerogative.

The natural consequence of that is that we will think the accuser shallow, stupid, crazy etc. depending on how wild the claims are. Multiple investigations at the local and state levels and 60 court cases laughed out of court, and not a bit of evidence to support wide scale election fraud. So in the case of election deniers, both stupid and crazy would apply.?

It's up to Trump to use the judicial system; unfortunately, the judicial system has been overrun by woke vermin, so it makes his job to find appropriate judges and lawyers that much more difficult.

Besides, he has a presidential campaign to run, and most of his focus should be there.

Many of the judges who rejected his fraud claims were appointed by Trump. The SCOTUS which he packed, also rejected his fraud claims.
