Is strictly for products that kill? If so why didn't you include liquor control boards and tobacco companies?

I agree with your stance on street drugs, the sentence should be much higher if a death has occurred, But pharmaceutical drugs have already gone through an extensive testing program, and lets face it in todays world were we need to put labels on tide packets so people don't eat them, we are after all not talking about the brightest animals on the planet.

I would say it is all about choices, it does not matter if your poor, rich, live in a trailer park or mansion, most of the time people make that decision to go down that road all by themselves.
