Speaking of muddying the waters, can we agree that CRT itself is not being taught but perhaps "social studies" (as I was taught it many many decades ago) now derives some of his content from those learnings ?

If we could all agree on that it would cut out a stupid side argument that takes us away from the root of the problem, ie:

what SPECIFICALLY is being said to students and IS IT objectionable ?

The last time this topic came up on these boards, it required a heavy deep dive into what was being alleged.  By the time all of the work is done by people on here that want to know the truth of it, the thread dies and the people pushing the allegations stop posting on it.

That is how I remember this discussion.  Let me know if I am wrong on that.

These unknown sources need to prove that they are responsible by delineating THEIR opinions from fact.  That is the basis of journalism - reporting vs opinion.  People who can't understand the difference and mix the two will muddy the waters and make discussion difficult.

The link appears to say that kids in schools are hearing the same things that we hear from people like wealthy, privileged, racially divisive brats Hillary Clinton, Anderson Cooper etc.

Every racist in the US and Canada with skin darker than a paper bag also says those things. It's a part of our culture now.

There's definitely "favouritism" towards certain groups of people based on their cultural background, but don't act like there's no reasoning behind it.

It's just a fact that culturally, people are brought up with different standards. 

On average, people of the Jewish faith and people from China, Japan, Korea etc all expect extremely high academic achievements from their children. That's not racist and it's not religious bigotry, it's just a well-known cultural phenomenon which you can choose to accept or ignore at your own whim.

On average, if you hire a 23 yr-old woman who doesn't have any children yet, you're looking at probably two or three maternity leaves of several months where you'll have to train someone else to do their job while they're away. That sucks. 

In my experience with working with women, and my vast experience with working with men, I can tell you that men just show up and work. They're not fragile, they don't burst into tears or mope about their home life, and you don't have to hand-hold them to get them going, ever. Most of the women I worked with need a coaching session at least every other day. It can be exhausting, but my wife does that part. I never do it, ever. 

Black children, unfortunately, are railroaded towards rap music and all of it's oh-so-positive messages. Black kids on the TV screen are often street-smart jerks, like the Fresh Prince, and FYI that's not a good role model either. Will Smith made a living off of bald jokes and making fun of the way people look, then he slapped Chris Rock for a joke that wasn't half as insulting as Will's average poke. Who would you hire to work in your law firm, someone who grew up listening to rap music and watching Fresh Prince or someone who was groomed to be a professional from a young age? Of course you have a tendency, don't deny it. Your tendency is either based on common sense or racism. 

If you want to expect better outcomes for your children or your culture, expect more from them. Don't whine about what other people have - because they worked for it. Whether they out-achieved you in this generation or a previous generation, they came out ahead and now you have to try harder. 

Teach your children to be team players, to work hard, never to do the minimum, and they'll succeed. Most people just want to do the minimum. Some people whine and complain while they're doing it. Life is hard for them.

My sources have PROVEN that even WORSE is being taught in K-12 schools in most of the country.

CNN, WaPo, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS are all pretty much yellow OPINION journalism with very little fact.

FoxNews gives facts and gives equal time to both sides of the aisle. That separates the journalists from the hacks.
